I feel that Paro's character took a drastic turn when she found the truth about Tejawat... that is when it began to falter.. Perhaps it was the pressure to garner TRP or it was something else.. I am not sure.. but somehow it has now ended up as a cross between a Once Upon a Time serial and Mahadev 😆

FLS yesterday was definitely a low point where I was concerned. I understood Paro's initial characterisation. And then the silly things happened. But when last week there was a 360 degree turn I understood it because the ratings were low. But yesterday's episode left a very sour taste.

If Paro is a weak character, at least show it consistently.

It was the lack of consistency in her reactions that got me yesterday. One moment she is crying, next she faints and then she smiles and willingly goes with her drunk husband to their bedroom?

I don't get it.

Anyhow for whatever reasons Sanaya chose the role, I like the show in parts and criticise it in parts. When I can no longer enjoy the show I will stop watching it. I can't watch the show just for Sanaya or just for the heck of criticising everything about it. As it is I have way too much stress in my life.

See she was doing quite alright till that ill thought out PDA track All the creatives had to do was make it look accidental the public spectacle Right now he is looking holier than thou and she a doltish witch His justifications come off correctly and when you need sympathy for the female this is not how you go about it I am going to see how the creatives are planning on surprising us but if they are going to continue with this current theme of just him it will reflect in the TRP All the shows that are topping have well written FL character no matter how regressive or throwback they maybe So did the absinthe help?😃

And I had shared the TM's grievance with the fact that I wanted to see Paro/Parvati in Rangrasiya and not Sanaya, accepting the fact that television actors can't just do an Amir Khan perfection of character coz with daily soaps the fate is quite unpredictable and you may end up in a weird look if the show ends prematurely, which with films don't happen generally as the movies do get completed, their fate as good or bad is an after thought. But that doesn't mean a lil input to character building will hurt anyone, in manner of clothing, speaking, walking and gestures.

But after a certain few episodes it was quite clear that the use of Sanaya's pretty face, glorifying the beauty and not the substance started out. A beautiful woman will always be beautiful whether she is made to wear miniscule cholis or draped in yards. Almost every other female character in RR has a distinct style to their characters, which separates them from what they may be in real, but with Paro it was major ruse of what would appeal to the people watching the lead heroine and how Sanaya is a confident lady to don anything and walk around with all grace, but that was not Paro. Her mami is the sole bread earner but Paro's clothes were too top notch, her friend was the bold belle but she was more demure in clothes whereas Paro's clothes left very little to imagination.

I don't want to talk about clothes n hair n stuff but it irked me every time I came to this forum to see Ashish being praised for his acting and Sanaya for for how beautiful she looked and it just is not right. I dont know how to word it but Sanaya is beautiful and Paro will look beautiful in anything, even the widow's clothes that she should have donned coz Sanaya makes her beautiful, but Paro is many more things than that, which got lost somewhere after she had pointed the gun to her head.

I wonder too if they are now pandering to the audience need for both as a couple Deja vu again and yes TRP is paramount but in this case it does not seem to be working with the regular aam viewers of India

just bugged out over the way the tale is unfolding and makes that other love story seem mature in comparison
