i m goin with option 3.

he wants to teach her a lesson as she goes against his pride and arrogance many times.

afterall, she doesnt belong to the Ranvir's 'dog-like' category whose member do wht he likes.

nice pole, but i don't think its any of them
if i had to choose i would go with number 3
but i personally think its because tushar proposed to kareen and remember ranvir heard tribhuvanji yelling at karu and saying that, so i think its because tush wanted to marry karu and if ranvir marries karu then tushar will be upset, and blah blah blah

I think Ranvir likes her...otherwise i dont think he would dare break Pari's heart. I mean he told her he was gonna make her Pari's mom..if he broke Pari's heart she would break him.
