Does Gauri knows she was not Shiv's first love? If yes then does she know that he actually loved Ipshita?

Long back, when ShivGauri were kidnapped in the forest by terrorist, Shiv's was supposed to be the next number 😆 ,so he gave Gauri a portrait and told her tht he met that girl when he was 14 and he fell in love with her, but after tht he never saw her, and he loves tht portrait the most in the world and asks her to hang it in their room if he dies. Even though they both survive, Gauri still hung the portrait in their room, and Shiv kept telling her tht he still loves the girl in the portrait and Gauri never had issues with it as she thought the portrait chick was his past.... but in reality it was Ippy and they were childhood sweethearts unlike wht Shiv said, they were in love since he was 14 and she was 12 and Gauri never realized the similarity between Ippy and the portrait, and even now she is unaware of the fact that Ippy was Shiv's first love.
