Warring With Jumbos: Hrithik Roshan

Ashutosh Gowariker's Jodha Akbar not only has a number of actors on the sets at any given time but also a huge crowd of animals.

Over 80 elephants, 100 horses and 55 camels are being used in the movie, and needless to say, it's quite a task managing all of them.

Recently, we hear Hrithik Roshan had to film an action sequence where he had to battle a huge elephant.

While he managed to pull it off all by his lonesome and without the use of a body double, we do hear he was left with a bunch of bruises for his bravery.

We think the offending animal was female. That would explain the oh-so-wild behaviour with Duggu, no?

battling an elephant??....aww poor hrithik got hurt.....but I am sooo excited for this movie...i cant wait till they release the 3 min promo at Cannes
