I have a gut feeling that she will realise these medicines are not right and she wont have it or might throw it away!!!!

And I agree with you there is a possibility that Neetu and Co. will try to kill Kalpi as she heared each and everything and Neetu knows that she's too smart that her intentions are too obvious for her to notice and Thus, now she will be their target as she is the witness in this particular situation. But don't worry, If they'll really hurt Kalpi so what? There's Raghav Singhania! So be optimistic!
