Some Comments (Not in any order):

I liked Kalindi and Jyoti the best in today's episode because of how they are shown. Astha is another one who is taking chances for her happiness.

Kalindi and Astha - Kalindi was shocked at Astha's decision and asked her about it. Astha also told her honestly that she loved Shlok and she also felt that Shlok cared for her. Also she could not leave him as he needed her and her value system did not allow her to leave relationships in middle when she was needed. Kalindi did not agree with her, but did accept her decision eventually in the end.

Niranjan, who feels threatened by this relationship between Astha and her family, asked Anjali to get Astha back. Shlok on the other hand waited patiently for Astha to return. So as much as he is at logger heads with Kalindi and feels competition with her about Astha's loyalties and love, he is not interfering in this relationship. Niranjan on the other hand wants to possess the person and since Astha is now here to stay (for the time being), he wants her to be estranged from her parents so that she can be molded into another Anjali.

But Kalindi is not Anjali who would abandon her daughter. So once she accepted the inevitability of Astha living with Shlok, Kalindi decided to stand by her. She is planning to now visit Astha to tell her that she would support her in her choices. Misti, you were right in yesterday's writeup that Astha asked for Kalindi's support in all her choices. Today Kalindi gave it to her. She decided to be Astha's strength (by standing with her) rather than a weakness (who would ask her to choose between her and Shlok). So Kalindi will make the first move to reconcile with Shlok. What a mother - a huge contrast to Anjali who has let down all her children so far.

Jyoti and Varad - What a Difference in Two Siblings

Jyoti made a resolution to move ahead in life and not to look back. So now she wants to be independent. Jyoti has a degree and I am not surprised. Niranjan wants to present the image to world that he provides equal opportunity to girls and boys. So of course he would make sure that his daughters are educated. It is another thing that they are then traded off to somebody else as a commodity. Jyoti decided to teach, but realized she needs her certificates that are with Abhay. Wonder if she would go back to her school to get copies. But she would still need some sort of identification to do so.

Then she remembered that it was time for Astha and Shlok's hearing. She was praying that they stay together because she had felt that both loved each other, but just were not acknowledging it. Of course, she does not know that Astha has already done so quite openly and Shlokie is now becoming a mellow bear. But the contrast was with Varad.

Varad is happy that Astha chose not to divorce because it saved family's prestige and because Astha can control Shlok. So the apple (Varad) has not fallen too far from the tree (Niranjan). Astha of course is now back on the pedestal for that reason. Sojal has fallen even further (if it was possible) because he caught her badmouthing Astha to Jaya. Sojal was just lamenting that why did Astha make a big show of telling everyone that she is leaving - hence raising her hopes and now those hopes are dashed. Anyway, Varad had his usual interaction with Sojal about how she is a lowly person in front of Astha for whom the family's welfare comes first.

What is with Agnihotri males and I include Shlok in that too? He too was talking to Astha to make sure that not only Baba but anybody of Agnihotri clan does not get upset with her, else it would be blah blah consequences for her. The Agnihotri girls on the other hand are so chilled out. There is Jyoti who despite such abuse is still a sweet person and is looking forward to living a free life. Then there is Puja who fled the Agnihotri madhouse. Did Anjali consume some bhang the days she conceived Jyoti and Puja? Or did her special treatment for girls worked wonders on them? Little Kavya is another one who is determined to live her life the way she wants. Really, if there is something in Agnihotri male genes, Astha should only have daughters with Shlokie - even if this gives heart attack to Baba that he is not having any heir. Of course then Shlokie would start threatening Astha that she unintentionally hurt his dearest baba and so he is going to punish her by keeping himself away from her. But then Baba would not even get granddaughters. Ok...that is for the future...But for now

Baba - Is he happy or Unhappy?

Misti, I think you were right. Baba was expecting a divorce. Today he was not looking pleased. But then he decided that all would be right in his world again as long as he removes Astha from Kalindi's influence. So he dispatched Anjali to do that job. Then at home, he was leisurely going to sleep in his big bed and was instructing Anjali to forgive Astha's mistakes and move on. Anjali of course knows that Niranjan does not forgive or forget any slights or mistakes. So she asked him about that and he threw her own mistakes and atonements at her. So is Astha now supposed to atone for her mistakes? Is that why Anjali is now giving her a cold treatment?

Astha - Cool as Cucumber & Shlokie - The Grumpy But Happy Bear

But as Astha told Aditi that she is not that much bothered about the cold treatment because Shlokie bear is the priority. So though she felt a little down that Anjali was not talking to her, she shrugged it off both in the evening and the next morning. She went to the room only to trip in the curtain that got half ripped. Baby bear was of course there to catch her as usual and that brought giggles to her. Though Shlokie bear called her mad, he did smile when he saw her laughing. Then in the morning, he looked for her when he woke up. After not seeing her, he looked at the half torn curtain and decided to nail it in, but took it off instead when he remembered Astha shouting her love to him.

Of course his defenses raised again when Honey Pot told him that she had made a space in his heart and she would make him realize it again. Then he started on his old stuff of "hurting baba" nonsense and Astha did mockingly ask him that why was he still hung on that. So baba is now a defense mechanism where he is being used to cover his feelings. Then Shlok got all pompous and told Astha that if she hurt baba's fragile ego or any other Agnihotri's ego (does it include Anjali now too?) then he would distance between them...ok...isn't that confusing? On one hand, he is telling Astha that they have a lot of distance between them that Astha can never cover. Then he is telling her that if she did anything against baba, he would put distance between them. Can Shlokie bear make up his mind whether there is currently anything between them or not? In precap it seems that honeypot is eyeing the baby bear with relish while he is looking uncomfortable.

Astha and Aditi - The Usual War of Words

Nothing much to write about that except that Astha had the upper hand today. She told lunatic that she heard her plans to emotionally torture Shlok by removing Astha from his life and decided to stay back. In fact, she was winding up lunatic that she was responsible for her stay and that her days are limited in Agnihotri household. So the lunatic would probably make mistakes in her frustrations. I liked Astha in these scenes though such scenes are dime a dozen in serials.

Some other stuff

Sojal was hilarious today when she decided to act like Anjali and give Astha the cold treatment though Astha was not even paying attention to it.

Overall, Kalindi, Jyoti, Niranjan/Anjali and Shlok/Astha scenes were the highlights of the episode.

Oh boy, oh boy I am first to reply

Sorry for updating this late, after work i went for shopping ( i bought the cutest peach color shoulder bag in the whole wide world😃) then went to school..so here i go:

The epi starts with the daughter of the sun using her powers on ashta.. i like this woman's attitude,,she believes in her instinct and folows it..she tells ashta haer decision is not right..she will suffer..in a way shes saying the truth..ashta will suffer more than anyone else..yet the girl knows what she wants and follows her heart.. i admire her for that..she took the responsibility for the furture happenings in her life just bcoz she saw love in shloks eyes..not many would do that.. but she is strong..so she tells her mother shes going to be fine..as she belives in a new begining..

On the other hand i liked jyothi, altough shes in a mess of her own and tries to find a job when all her papers are with the rats, shes still thinking abt her brother and ashtas relationship and this time she doesnt pray for herself but for them to remain together..it was a very nice scene..well shot, with all the journalism things in the back..symbolising that jyothi now has the freedom of speech just as the press has..now she has the power to rule herself..

In the car, aashlok have taken a vow of silence..since shlokie is too afraid he might jump in joy coz he got to stay with the honeypot for good.. now seriously.. this boy is so complicated..he wants her, yet he rejects her..he pleads with his eyes not to leave him and now he is silent, ignoring her.. why ignore when that hurts him the most? he always cries for her attention, lets face it he is a big cry baby bear..

I totally liked the scene with kalindhi being worried but abgry at the same time..shes a great mother so she ended on deciding that she wants to become ashtas strenght and not her weakness..wow..atleast someone with brains is there for ashta.. coz our miss honeypot often forgets to use her grey cells..esp when it comes to shlokie..

Ashta is really an unique piece.. the way she encourages herself that she will get shlokies love is really adorable..shlokie often turns to a big block of ice but i am sure she will succed to melt him.. just like her inncocent declaration of love does now to his mind..he hangs the curtain again coz that makes her comfortable..so shlokie wants her to be comfortable.. so she wont run away from him..i am sure he genuinely enjoys ther contagious crazy laughter...speaking abt that i liked the contrast betwen yday and today.. yday she cried herself to sleep and now she laughed at her own sillyness..

Another scene that i liked was bewteen ashta and the pest.. i mean ashrtas words were clever.. she doesnt give one penny on what these moody people-anjali, neeranjan, sojal want.. all she cares is shlokie.. and now her mission turned double.. protect him from insects and make him fall for her or atleast confess his curent addiction to her.. its ok shlokie to be addicted to honey.. its healthy in sno many ways😉

Now he is saying that they will be strangers, like two sides of a river that cannot meet.. but has he ever thought abt the "water" in between the sides? it will always keep them united..even if they never meet in his vision😉 that water are their feelings.. which are yet to be named...

Today's episode to me was about closures and the after effects...

Some are looking ahead for the new turn that their lives have taken. They are aware of the pitfalls but they are sticking to their decisions ...Jyoti and Astha.

Some are deluding themselves that the storm has passed and everything is back in their control. There is some false bravado too...Neeranjan and Shloke.

Some are apprehensive about the future because they know that the storm is never far away with a hurricane called Astha present in their midst. They also know that certain equations have changed and are also fearful that some more equations might change...Anjali.

Some are unsure about the future but they are ready to let go of fears and doubts, because the one that they love unconditionally needs their support the most, so that she can get her dream...Kalindi.

I am going to start with the character who confused me the most yesterday. I am going to include some of yesterdays and Saturday's scenes to explain what I made of this character. I am talking about Neeranjan. On Saturday they played his manipulative music when he told Anjali that he does not want the divorce to happen because he does not want family name to be ruined but then in the next sentence he also told her that Astha should get the rights of DIL till she is married and when she leaves then he will decide on what they will do. Since his music was being played to me it seems that deep down he actually did not want Astha to stay. But if she stays then although family honour might be one of the reasons for him but he has other reasons regarding playing some more games with her. If Astha leaves then it should not be on his head and preferably Astha or Shloke should do the honours (Thanks to Chitss for this part). He might not loose in any of the scenarios...and the one who will lose is Astha. If Astha stays back then he can have more fun and break her more and if in case she leaves, that will also not affect him because he is sure that Shloke has not formed any emotional connection with Astha, because Shloke always comes back to him. The next day during Guddi Padwa celebrations, he makes sure that Anjali's gift to Aditi is kept among the gifts meant for DILs. His main intention was to use Aditi to wind up Astha. So placating Aditi was secondary, the main person he was interested in was Astha. It looks to me that he is just playing a game with Astha, one that he thinks that he will win and Astha will lose...whatever her choice might be and he is not thinking about Shloke factor or how Astha's decision might affect him. Anjali kept quiet when Sojal did her stuff and she only shouted at Sojal at the end...she could have done it before but she didn't. Then later on when Neeranjan overheard Vinayak-Varad conversation he had a very serious look when Varad said that Astha is needed to handle Shloke (I think that maybe here he realised that he might have to consider Shloke). He ended up pacing in deep thought and that is when Astha approached him to offer her apology. The way today everyone was talking about divorce not happening means family honour has been saved showed that Neernajan was expecting Astha to apologise to him regarding the divorce case but she apologised to him from not choosing the correct way to expose Aditi. Neeranjan was giving her penetrating looks throughout her explanation. Yesterday I had a feeling that for some reason Neeranjan is patting Astha's head. He was not happy regarding what Astha told him about the Aditi scenario but Neeranjan did not tell her anything. Did he realise that winding up Astha might be detrimental because Shloke get affected. So was he just placating Astha? Also he might have realised that it will not be easy to control Astha as he had earlier thought to be.

In the court house was throwing anxious looks at Shloke, which was followed by a shocked and angry look at Astha when he got to know that the divorce is not happening which he quickly covered when Shloke glanced at him looking for reassurance. So he was unsure of Shloke's and he was shocked that despite everything happening Astha still wants the marriage...but why the anger? Is it because he wants Astha to leave? Neeranjan actually studied Shloke's expression for some time and then smiled and hugged him. Although Neernajn might have accepted Astha but he is also being careful and making sure that external influences are removed when Astha is concerned. That is why he indicated to Anjali to remove Astha from Kalindi. For change in Astha to happen Kalinid has to be removed. So has his game plan changed? While leaving the courtroom, Anjali made sure that Astha leaves with her and Neeranjan puts his hands around Shloke's shoulder and walked Shloke out of the court room. Back at home, late at night he tells Anjali that he is happy that Astha took the right decision and the family tradition did not get broken (well he has let go of breaking Astha -Shloke relationship) and when worried Anjali asked him about the mistakes that Astha has committed, he told her that even she commits mistakes, there are punishment, atonement and forgiveness (so this is his next plan?). That even she is standing outside the room to make up for her faults. Looks like his game plan has changed. So I am guessing that breaking a relationship that creates problems is out of the window for Neernajan and it might be subduing the person who is responsible for creating problems but the relationship will stay. I also got a feeling that now he wants Anjali to punish Astha...but how? Kalindi? I mean the divorce was instigated by Kalindi and Kalindi is the main support of Astha. Also Kalindi is planning to pay a visit to Astha to show her support.

What I found interesting was that Anjali was caught by curious Astha while she was marching up and down outside the room. Anjali was actually worried that Astha has seen her because she knows that it might bring trouble on her head. She warned Astha that this is her house and that Astha should not be asking her questions since she is Astha's MIL. Anjali might like Astha and she also might have accepted Astha because she knows that Shloke needs Astha, but she is also very protective about her bubble world. She will fight for her bubble world just as Shloke fights for his. If the earlier track was laying the foundation stones for the change in relationship between Shloke and Neeranjan, will this track lay the foundation for a change in relationship between Neeranjan and Anjali? I mean will Neeranjan going after Kalind going to boomerang back and hit him...and it will be Anjali who will be hit? His earlier efforts have also boomeranged and hit him where it matters the most ...his relationship with Shloke. He might wanted to use Astha's emotions to destroy he relationship with Shloke (if she stays with them then good, if she leaves so long she is blamed it is ok but what is most important is that their relationship is destroyed) but the opposite happened. Astha has become much more stubborn regarding bringing back Shloke and now she has got inot this relationship with her eyes open... She has also learnt that sometimes it is prudent to not expose all the cards at the same time...she also knows that somewhere deep in Shloke, there are feelings for her. As for Shloke...he is whom I am going to come to next.

Baby bear should be thankful to Sun God's daughter, I mean Kalindi😛. When Kalindi asked honeypot regarding her decision which she sees as a blunder, honeypot told her that she wants to return because she loves Shloke and that no one is forcing or influencing her. That this is her decision and she also told her mother that she has seen love in baby bears eyes for her. Hoenypot reminded Kalindi that it is her mother who has taught her that real emotions come out in times of trouble...and that is what honeypot was remembering when she was on her mat. She remembered all the instances of affection and care that baby bear showed her when they were in adverse situations...I thinks she also remembered that the night just after the horse riding incident, it was Shloke who pulled her in his arms and clung on for dear life. So she has followed her mother's advice and has realised that baby bear is not as immune as he projects himself to be. That is why he should be thankful to Kalindi😉...because of her mother's teaching honeypot realised a truth about him and this same mother's influence will also play an important role regarding pushing him to accept some truths😛. Baby bear considers the Sun God as his enemy but what he does not know that the Sun God is actually his guardian who is looking after his welfare. This scene also reminded me of honeypot telling baby bear (who was sleeping) that she loves him so much that she does not even like when the rays of the sun disturbs him. So honeypot is using Kalindi's teachings to protect Shloke and in a way is also protecting him from Kalindi's full blown ire.

Now since honeypot has finally decided to stay back, baby bear is back to his old form but I sensed a slight false bravado in him. First in order to massage his own ego he left honeypot in the main entrance hall to demonstrate that he does not really care for her😳. Looks like someone is bit scared🤔. Later at night honeypot gives him his answer regarding him not considering her as important...well she didn't tell him directly and was a self-talk but that was a reply to baby bear walking off😆😆. Anyway she said that she is not going anywhere and no one can stop her from being baby bear's wife and one day she will get what is hers. Telling all this she also stomps to go towards her sleeping quarters only to fall in baby bears arms and simultaneously pulling the curtain that she hammered in as a separation between the two parts of the room. It seems that she will be forcing some changes and baby bear despite his preening posing regarding his ego and his baba will be supporting her. Honeypot being honeypot gets very amused by this sign of fate and she ends of laughin😛g. Which earns her another name from Baby bear...actually baby bear is a bit confused as to why is she laughing😆...maybe he will be in a state of confusion too when honeypot sets about breaking the walls down...and refers to her affectionately as mental and also gives his goofy smile. Honeypot is busy laughing away...well honeypot has all my support...but poor baby bear. Anyway that curtain is left where it has fallen.

Next day baby bear gets up from a very nice ninnih and looks around searching for his honeypot😆. He realises that the room is wide open and sees that the curtain is on a stool. So the first thing he does after getting up from his ninnih is to make sure that the curtain is put back where it belongs 😆😆and he remembers honeypot shouting that she loves him...Looks like someone is very scared that the walls are coming down so he is making sure that they go back.😳 But I didn't like how this scene was edited and reduced just so a masala tit for tat scene between honeypot and the other female can be shown. So is this Aditi now going to eat up baby bear's solo scenes?😡 Anyway, baby bear is stopped from building the wall by honeypot who not only takes the curtain away from him but also stuff his mouth with the laddo (prasad) and warns him by waging the middle finger that he should not spit it out😆😆. Baby bear does not mind this show of authority and he does what honeypot tells him to do😆...eat the laddoo but then question about his security...the curtain😆. Honeypot sees that the other female, the one who goes around wandering is outside their room and she nicely puts her arms around baby bear's neck and tells him that since she is now going to live as his wife, then why should there be curtains? Why should she hide anything from him? Baby bear studies her for some time ...oh by the way the other female has gone...and then tell her to stop the childish behaviour and clutches on to his next security blanket😳...I mean his baba😳... he pompously tells honeypot that she has still not understood how childish she has been because he has not understood his baba's POV. There he goes...back to baba.😆.. Honeypot tells baby bear that irrespective of whether she understand other things or not (in other words telling him that she cares two hoots for his baba and other factors😆), she has understood that she has to stay with him. That earlier he made her stay in this house for his hatred ...well baby bear is giving her piercing look (Honeypot no one gets married just for some stupid revenge...at least not for his precious baba😛) and this time it is her love for him that has brought her back (uhho ooh baby bear is close to a temper tantrum🤔). She told him that she also feels that she has created a place for her in a corner of his heart and that although she is aware of it but he is not (Baby bear has tilted his head towards one side and maybe thinking to himself...😆..I will not know about me but you will...uhho the tantrum is definitely on its way😆)...Honeypot tells baby bear that she will definitely make him realise his feelings for her and bay bear snatches his palm that honeypot was holding and tells honeypot that what she will not be successful in her plans because no one can make him do what he does not want to do (blah di blah)...and then he is again back to his baba...😆...that all the loud declarations of love that honeypot has made regarding him, if he ever gets to know that she has hurt his baba or any member of this family then she will remove herself from him😳. Uhho someone is very scared😳...that honeypot's love for him is going to come in his ways regarding his emotions for his baba dearie and his family😃😛. Baby bear is definitely panicking despite all his bravado😛...Pompously he also tells honeypot that he and honeypot are like the two sides of river that can travel together but can never meet...😳...Honeypot listens to all this and without batting an eyelid tells him that the two edges of a river do meet...at the confluence and that she will make sure that they meet😆. So Baba wants to subdue honeypot through atonements and punishments...while honeypot is directly challenging his baccha...and she only cares about the baccha and how he will accept his feelings towards her and others things are immaterial. No wonder Anjali is worried.

Kalindi and the Kirloskars...Astha is Astha because she has parents like Kalindi and Avdhut and grandmother like Ajju. They love her unconditionally and have given her the freedom to fly but they are there to catch hold of her if she needs their support. Everyone should people like Kalindi and Jyoti in their life. Kalindi does shout...she might let her fears influence her judgement but she always puts her daughter before herself. She was pretty worried when Anjali came and stood behind Astha...as if she is claiming her right over Astha as a mother figure in her life (directed by Neernajan who is worried about Kalinid's hold on Astha). Surprisingly baby bear wasn't at all agitated...maybe finding that photograph of his and not of Kalindi's under Astha's pillow has made him realise something. Also today's decision of Astha is there, she did chose him over everyone else. Kalindi was worried but wise Avdhut managed to calm down her fears and they should be happy that Astha has matured so much. Which is true..Astha who used to live in dream world is now in reality and she is fighting for her right. She is also not hiding her emotions and is being truthful about it, despite knowing that there is no open support for her. Back at the Kirlodksars it is Ajju's chance to make Kalindi understand that she is very important for Astha ... when Astha was in confusion she searched for her mother and asked for her support (the telephone conversation). Kalindi realises her mistake and decides to give her full support to her daughter...this is how parents should be and they are in direct contrast to Neeranjan and Anjali who only expect their kids to pay their dues. I know Anjali does it out of pressure but since she does it, I have to include her with Neeranjan.

If everyone should have parents like Avdhut and Kalindi, then they also should have sibling like Jyoti. In contrat to Varad who wants Astha to stay back because of Shloke, his easy life and family name...Jyoti wants them to stay together because she has seen love in their eyes. Jyoti is also determined to stand on her feet and she knows about her limitations regarding what she can do and what she cannot. Since Varad is so carefull about family image, what will be his reaction if he gets to know about Jyoti's situation?

Coming to Astha and the other female...she got irritated when she heard Avdhut telling Kalindi that how mature Astha has become and that she is giving her marriage a shot...and in order to prove to others that Astha is immature she ends up trying to wind Astha up regarding people not wanting her back. Astha turns the tables on her and tells her that she came back because she overheard the female's talk. If Astha really came back for Aditi and she had made her decision as soon as she heard Aditi's conversation, then why did she take so much time regarding saying her decision in front of the judge? She should have told the judge immediately when she was asked? I am not saying that Aditi was not a reason...she most probably was one of the reasons but not the main one but Asha used it to wind Aditi up.

I am going to end with Sojal...she was very cute today.

I have not seen the full episode either. I am waiting in some government office. So tried to watch the episode while I was waiting. The connection was bad, so could not see the first half properly. The second half worked for some reason. So have to see the full episode properly before I can post.

I haven't yet decided how I feel about the episode so I will jot down my initial impressions. 😉

I had expected Kalindi to bonkers then and there in front of everyone but no she took Aastha to a side though visibly agitated. Her fears are justified but somewhere Aastha is also correct. She had to take this step. The earlier times she was either fooled or coerced into opting to be by Shlok's side. Aastha has and is trying to to save her relation with him and this step was essential. If after this he still he does not understand or reciprocate her feelings then she can retreat with the knowledge that she gave it her best.

Avdoot is correct when he says it takes immense courage to take the step Aastha has undertaken. After all the chances are evenly split between happiness and despair😕 Every kid deserves parents like Aastha , who let them fly pledging to be proud and support lest they falter.

Shlockie baby remained in stupor all the while back and once inside his house ran to the safety of his room😆😆 Wonder if he ran into the bathroom and yelped in joy ... oh wait he only runs out of the toilet!😉

Sojal maybe slightly slow but she is incredibly cute and simple.I liked how she told Aastha to not even attempt to talk to her but the next day she took the prasad from her albeit with trademark nautanki😉 For all her flaws I cannot bear Varad berating her. 😡 She has a certain honesty and truthfulness Varad lacks!😕

Awww hot Daddy is so full of himself that if Anjali pricked him with a pin he would deflate in a jiffy!😆😆 .I have always felt Niranjan didn't want Aastha to leave , he may have contemplated , even covered his tracks or rather his image lest she does but he wants her in the house for his own selfish needs. To break her spirit and erase her identity , like he did with Anjali.😡And he did sound his judgement regarding Aastha to Anjali , every mistake has a punishment and repentance associated with it.🤢 Now Saasubhai will follow her Parmeshwar's decree and put Aastha through hell!😕 Well... on the other hand his Bahurani has also announced her decision , come what may she sill stay with Shlok.😆😆 As if what's happening isn't enough Aastha saw Anjali stand outside her bedroom. I really feel sorry for Anjali now!😆

Anjali as always is tormented by what she knows the fuure will unfold . I felt she was unusually genteel with Kalindi today. Wasn't it a perfect opportunity for another of their cat fights! Yet she regally led her Bahu out and the rest of the clan followed leaving behind 'you know whom' !!!😆😆 And the poor girl thinks no one wants Aastha 😆😆 She is the aankhon ka tara of both Baba abd Baby.. for whatever reasons !😆😆

How I wish someone had taped Shlockie's before and after court behaviour and shown him😆😆😆 He ain't fooling his mental wife or anyone else.😉 Aww how happy and relieved he looked when he saw Aastha laughing like a maniac. So the curtains have come off , whats next?😃

I quite liked how he looked a bit disoriented when he woke. The curtains are down , there is a change he can't immediately place and he looks around for Aastha. She installed the curtains and when he saw that missing I felt he was gripped by momentary fear.😉 He calls his wife a nautanki , so what is he ? Pretending to put up the curtains when he obviously doesn't want to .

So Shlockie thinks she was kiddish? About what the Aditi fiasco or not leaving? Somehow I felt he wasn't exactly talking about the Aditi nonsense but rather trying to brush off Aastha staying back as childish to believe he still has the upper hand! And now Baba is reason enough for Shlockie to uproot Aastha from his life , he needs to include all family members too? 😉 And he said if she does that she will find herself away from him? She is anyways near physically so he is referring to the emotional distance , doesn't that imply she is close to him emotionally now?😉😃

Shlockie happily lets Aastha hold on to his hand and makes akadu expressions to hide the fact that there are ladoos phootofying in his heart😉😳 He only pulls his hand away when she challenges him. He is Shlock Angnihotri and he would have done that even if he was sedated heavily😆😆

Jyothi made me happy with her determination today!👏👏👏

What I didn't appreciate was Aditi staring intently at Aastha's sleeping arrangements😕😕Wonder what gul she is khilofying.

Misti, I wish. The local govt. offices are the most inefficient where I live. I had a work that required 5 minutes to finish. But I ended up spending 5 hours (not including commute time).😡 It took me three hours to get an appointment. Then I had 2 people in front of me and it took 2 hours for that government person to meet the 3rd person (me). The office did have a sign "Please Bring Patience When you Come Here." We have local elections going on. Now I am thinking of going to the meetings of person who is running for the mayor- to ask about improving the efficiency of government offices. At least I might get some response in the election year.

Really, the EBP and the forum was a time piece, but the connection was so bad that I could not watch the episode properly. I just finished watching the episode and will write my comments shortly.

I liked how they showed different reactions of family members and after math of storm called divorce (or is the storm building up slowly in the form of Aditi? ).

1. Astha: Loved Astha's perseverance and grit to deal with the situation today. She is definitely getting maturated, her way of thinking and dealing with the problem has changed. I liked how she explained her mother that she loves Shlok now and he needs her; and she is right. Though I did not like what they showed ie., the reason for her change in her decision regarding divorce , felt like they should have shown some monologues of her about her love of Shlok and his safety etc., that takes away the fun for me. She was not disappointed when everybody in the house gave her a cold shoulder! Its as if she came her on a mission 😉. Her dialogues with Aditi and her having fun with Shlok were nice. But will this turn into a shrewd Astha and dumbed down Shlok from now on?

2. Anjali- Kalindi: While Anjali was apprehensive of future as she is worried how the situations will turn around as Astha came back, she is avoiding her completely now. Now what is similar here is her and Shlok's reactions are similar to her return and both have developed emotional attachment or have melted to her. But , both want that wall back up😕.

Kalindi was apprehensive first but when Aastha, Avdhoot and Ajju have reassured her about Aastha giving a second chance to her married life; she let go of her fears and decides to support her daughter finally. Now this reaction was not expected (at least by me! ..I thought she will fight back with Shlok again)

3. Shlok: He went back to his cocoon/shell as soon as he came and want to build up the wall so that Astha wont invade his space further. He wants her to be back and kind of relieved too as seen in the car..he was looking at her in between. But, still he feels better when he is in his space.

He talks about baba's apmaan, samman blah blah..and there he goes about whole family too!! when did start caring about everybody else ? Anjali..Sojal too 😉..common doesn't Astha understand that he is getting his armour ready!

I liked Varad-Sojal's reactions too both behaved as expected. NA ..so is he happy or not with Astha's arrival? looked like he was not so happy after all and it was all just pretense.

Liking how Jyothi si trying to be self-sufficient now.

Yes, Astha is a strong person. She did what felt right to her and for that she should be applauded. It is her life and her choices. Also, I liked her assuring Kalindi that she would be happy in that household. She knows that her happiness is the priority for Kalindi and Kalindi would accept her choices as long as Astha is happy. So she is not only willing to take a chance, but she is also planning to have a happy life. Daddy made a huge mistake when he selected Astha for Shlok.

On the other hand i liked jyothi, altough shes in a mess of her own and tries to find a job when all her papers are with the rats, shes still thinking abt her brother and ashtas relationship and this time she doesnt pray for herself but for them to remain together..it was a very nice scene..well shot, with all the journalism things in the back..symbolising that jyothi now has the freedom of speech just as the press has..now she has the power to rule herself..
Yes, Jyoti has such a love of life and she too has resisted pressure to stay in a relationship. So Astha and Jyoti are coming as similar to me in how they both chose a path that is not easy, but it is the path which they chose willingly without any pressure. Also Jyoti is very different from Varad and Vinayak who want Astha to stay because of their own interests. Jyoti wants Astha and Shlok to stay together because of them only. There is no self interest in that. She is a very sweet person who has retained her goodness despite everything that has happened to her. She is more like Kalindi than Anjali - the one who gave in to her circumstances.

In the car, aashlok have taken a vow of silence..since shlokie is too afraid he might jump in joy coz he got to stay with the honeypot for good.. now seriously.. this boy is so complicated..he wants her, yet he rejects her..he pleads with his eyes not to leave him and now he is silent, ignoring her.. why ignore when that hurts him the most? he always cries for her attention, lets face it he is a big cry baby bear..
Well, baby bear had done his share of showing his emotions. In the car, he was still in the shocked state and then he tried to go back to his old self because now Astha is there to stay and that old cocoon of delusion is so comfortable.

I totally liked the scene with kalindhi being worried but abgry at the same time..shes a great mother so she ended on deciding that she wants to become ashtas strenght and not her weakness..wow..atleast someone with brains is there for ashta.. coz our miss honeypot often forgets to use her grey cells..esp when it comes to shlokie..
Yes, Astha does tend to go overboard when Shlokie is concerned. Good that Kalindi is there to support her and hopefully rein her in when she goes to the extreme.

Ashta is really an unique piece.. the way she encourages herself that she will get shlokies love is really adorable..shlokie often turns to a big block of ice but i am sure she will succed to melt him.. just like her inncocent declaration of love does now to his mind..he hangs the curtain again coz that makes her comfortable..so shlokie wants her to be comfortable.. I thought that initially Shlok started to put back the curtain, but then got reminded of her declaration of love and took off the curtain. The whole curtain was in his hands when Astha came and took it from him. It was little confusing scene since they did not show the scene properly because the scene shifted to Aditi. so she wont run away from him..i am sure he genuinely enjoys ther contagious crazy laughter...speaking abt that i liked the contrast betwen yday and today.. yday she cried herself to sleep and now she laughed at her own sillyness.. Yes.
Another scene that i liked was bewteen ashta and the pest.. i mean ashrtas words were clever.. she doesnt give one penny on what these moody people-anjali, neeranjan, sojal want.. all she cares is shlokie.. and now her mission turned double.. protect him from insects and make him fall for her or atleast confess his curent addiction to her.. its ok shlokie to be addicted to honey.. its healthy in sno many ways😉 Yes, she was telling Aditi the truth that it is Shlokie who matters to her. The image in the family, the coldness of family members is not a priority for her.

Now he is saying that they will be strangers, like two sides of a river that cannot meet.. but has he ever thought abt the "water" in between the sides? it will always keep them united..even if they never meet in his vision😉 that water are their feelings.. which are yet to be named...

But Kalindi is not Anjali who would abandon her daughter. So once she accepted the inevitability of Astha living with Shlok, Kalindi decided to stand by her. She is planning to now visit Astha to tell her that she would support her in her choices. Misti, you were right in yesterday's writeup that Astha asked for Kalindi's support in all her choices. Today Kalindi gave it to her. She decided to be Astha's strength (by standing with her) rather than a weakness (who would ask her to choose between her and Shlok). So Kalindi will make the first move to reconcile with Shlok. What a mother - a huge contrast to Anjali who has let down all her children so far. Kalindi is Astha's main support and it was good that both Ajju and Avdhut were around to make Kalindi see sense. Kalindi is not wrong regarding what she is thinking and Astha also might not be succesful...but she can' hold Astha at gunpoint and make her do what she wants.Astha has made a decision and she in going in with her eyes open.instead of constantly reminding Astha regarding why she is wrong, which might drive her away...its prudent to take a step back and support Astha. If she is successful then good, if not then be there to help her pick up the pieces.

Jyoti and Varad - What a Difference in Two Siblings

Jyoti made a resolution to move ahead in life and not to look back. So now she wants to be independent. Jyoti has a degree and I am not surprised. Niranjan wants to present the image to world that he provides equal opportunity to girls and boys. So of course he would make sure that his daughters are educated. It is another thing that they are then traded off to somebody else as a commodity. Jyoti decided to teach, but realized she needs her certificates that are with Abhay. Wonder if she would go back to her school to get copies. But she would still need some sort of identification to do so.

Then she remembered that it was time for Astha and Shlok's hearing. She was praying that they stay together because she had felt that both loved each other, but just were not acknowledging it. Of course, she does not know that Astha has already done so quite openly and Shlokie is now becoming a mellow bear. But the contrast was with Varad. Yes and a big one...

Varad is happy that Astha chose not to divorce because it saved family's prestige and because Astha can control Shlok. So the apple (Varad) has not fallen too far from the tree (Niranjan). Astha of course is now back on the pedestal for that reason. Sojal has fallen even further (if it was possible) because he caught her badmouthing Astha to Jaya. Sojal was just lamenting that why did Astha make a big show of telling everyone that she is leaving - hence raising her hopes and now those hopes are dashed. Actually Sojal is not wrong...many will view Astha's decision in this way...she was telling something for show and then did what she wanted to do. Its again a matter of perception. Anyway, Varad had his usual interaction with Sojal about how she is a lowly person in front of Astha for whom the family's welfare comes first.

What is with Agnihotri males and I include Shlok in that too? He too was talking to Astha to make sure that not only Baba but anybody of Agnihotri clan does not get upset with her, else it would be blah blah consequences for her. oh baby bear is panicking The Agnihotri girls on the other hand are so chilled out. There is Jyoti who despite such abuse is still a sweet person and is looking forward to living a free life. Then there is Puja who fled the Agnihotri madhouse. Is she still in the story? Did Anjali consume some bhang the days she conceived Jyoti and Puja? Or did her special treatment for girls worked wonders on them? Little Kavya is another one who is determined to live her life the way she wants. Really, if there is something in Agnihotri male genes, Astha should only have daughters with Shlokie - even if this gives heart attack to Baba that he is not having any heir. Of course then Shlokie would start threatening Astha that she unintentionally hurt his dearest baba and so he is going to punish her by keeping himself away from her. But then Baba would not even get granddaughters. Ok...that is for the future...But for now.now this is becoming very confusing Angie. 😆😉

Baba - Is he happy or Unhappy?

Misti, I think you were right. Baba was expecting a divorce. Today he was not looking pleased. I think he accepted it more because of Shloke... But then he decided that all would be right in his world again as long as he removes Astha from Kalindi's influence. So he dispatched Anjali to do that job. Then at home, he was leisurely going to sleep in his big bed and was instructing Anjali to forgive Astha's mistakes and move on. Anjali of course knows that Niranjan does not forgive or forget any slights or mistakes. So she asked him about that and he threw her own mistakes and atonements at her. So is Astha now supposed to atone for her mistakes? Is that why Anjali is now giving her a cold treatment?Yes most probably...

Astha - Cool as Cucumber & Shlokie - The Grumpy But Happy Bear

But as Astha told Aditi that she is not that much bothered about the cold treatment because Shlokie bear is the priority. So though she felt a little down that Anjali was not talking to her, she shrugged it off both in the evening and the next morning. She went to the room only to trip in the curtain that got half ripped. Baby bear was of course there to catch her as usual and that brought giggles to her. Though Shlokie bear called her mad, he did smile when he saw her laughing. Then in the morning, he looked for her when he woke up. After not seeing her, he looked at the half torn curtain and decided to nail it in, but took it off instead when he remembered Astha shouting her love to him.Oh did he remove it...I missed this part

Of course his defenses raised again when Honey Pot told him that she had made a space in his heart and she would make him realize it again. Then he started on his old stuff of "hurting baba" nonsense and Astha did mockingly ask him that why was he still hung on that. So baba is now a defense mechanism where he is being used to cover his feelings. Has been for a long time...didn't he marry Astha for baba's revenge.😉 Then Shlok got all pompous and told Astha that if she hurt baba's fragile ego or any other Agnihotri's ego (does it include Anjali now too? 😆So inorder to prove a point to Astha th mother-son relationship might improve...wonder what will be baba's thoughts. ) then he would distance between them...ok...isn't that confusing? On one hand, he is telling Astha that they have a lot of distance between them that Astha can never cover. Then he is telling her that if she did anything against baba, he would put distance between them. Can Shlokie bear make up his mind whether there is currently anything between them or not? Angie he is a bit stressed out 😳 why are you winding him up with all these tough questions..see even Astha did not question him and just told him her plans... In precap it seems that honeypot is eyeing the baby bear with relish while he is looking uncomfortable. I loved the precap...she was totally involved in her admiration😆.

Astha and Aditi - The Usual War of Words

Nothing much to write about that except that Astha had the upper hand today. She told lunatic that she heard her plans to emotionally torture Shlok by removing Astha from his life and decided to stay back. In fact, she was winding up lunatic that she was responsible for her stay and that her days are limited in Agnihotri household. So the lunatic would probably make mistakes in her frustrations. I liked Astha in these scenes though such scenes are dime a dozen in serials.

Some other stuff

Sojal was hilarious today when she decided to act like Anjali and give Astha the cold treatment though Astha was not even paying attention to it. oh she was very cute here...

Overall, Kalindi, Jyoti, Niranjan/Anjali and Shlok/Astha scenes were the highlights of the episode. Yes...
