Mansi brilliant take and yes Rajat was just outstanding with his emotional cum angry outburst especially the anger , frustration , emotions and helplessness that he depicted with his body language and overall expressions .. it was superb 👏 ... I felt in some scenes he went a bit overboard with his emotions but gueess the scene needed that impact to shake up the viewers and so mayb the actor was asked to overact a bit otherwise he was sensational 👏

As much as I loved his performance , the episode sort of left a bad taste in my mouth as a woman if I see it from Jodha's angle ... Jodha is definitely at fault for not telling the truth to Jalal and despite seeing the way Jalal pours his heart out to her about his hidden feelings , still she keeps chanting "Mein vivash hoon" which was a bit irritating because anyday a wife will choose her husband's emotions over her cousin brother but having said that my point is were those two violent pushes by Jalal needed 🤔 .. He is not the typical mills and boons guy of 2014 but a Shehenshah afterall and there I expected a bit of class from him especially while dealing with this matter with Jodha in a closed room ... I understand he is deeply hurt after seeing the disguised man in Jodha's room with his own eyes but still a physical push ... errr I m not sure 🤔 ...

And whats stopping Sujamal or even Jodha from telling that He is none other than Sujamal and not any random guy 😕 .. In either case Jalal gonna punish him , isn't it .. so why not tell your real identity now that u r caught 😕... At least if Jalal knew he is Sujamal , then he wont hv gone bonkers accusing Jodha of adultry na 🤔 ...

And the part where Jalal asks Jodha to answer in Yes or no .. there was a question by Jalal that " r u in love with this guy " and Jodha says Yes 😳 ... Cant she just say Yes its brotherly love 😕 ... Obviously she knows the difference .. right 🤓... I know Jalal asked her to say yes or no only but it wont take even split second to say "Mein apne bhaiyya se prem karti hoon " instead of starting with a haan and then giving more air to Jalal's anger ...

I really dunno whom to blame for this mess .. though I m angry at Jalal for those violent pushes but well Jodha is no less with her so called silence and promise which is no more making sense ...

And its quite a irony na that when Jalal used Benazir to make Jodha jealous , noone questioned his character because he is the Shehenshah and can hv as many girls as he wish but when it comes to a woman , suddenly seeing a random guy in her room results in such a big outburst because how dare she spend time with another guy other than her husband ... Noone bothers to even find out if the othet guy is just a brother or friend or who ... just assume the worst ... No wonder our country is still male dominated where a husband can cheat on his wife and still b forgiven but if a wife does so for her desires , she becomes all characterless 🤔

In this case we know Jodha is all pure but my point is in those days a Shehenshah used to hv 100 women as wives in his harem and there r many with whom Shehenshah might never keep a husband-wife relation after one night ... What about those women ?? ... they cannot hv desires or biological needs kya ?? ...Shehenshah expects all his wife to live life of a Nun but do not dare to sleep with any other guy when he himself might not sleep with them ever after one night .whereas he can hv all the fun in the world not just with his wives but random ladies like we hv benazir in the past 🤔

The episode just made me think of the above especially the dialogues that Jalal says about Jodha's character ... Even if Jalal assumes that Jodha cheated on her , still what right he has to question her in such aggressive manner when in past he almost forced marriage on her against her wish ... isn't it 🤔

After the truth is out , I really want Jalal to ponder on these things and hv his self realisation and ask for apology to Jodha first before getting on with the confession ... I really want Jalal to go through a guilt trip for sometime now

About various spoilers doing the rounds , I choose to simply wait and watch .. whether its jungle track or Amer track , in both cases Jalal got to go down on his knees and say sorry to Jodha first ...

I have been reading many opinions regarding the push and hair pulling scene.

We should remember it's a 16th century story and the man here is shahensha himself, the most powerful man of that era. While discussing we are keeping 21st century rules and attitude in our mind, that's not fair .
Mughal harem was not a beautiful place to live in. Anyone who has read histories of Mughal harem would know that most of ladies life was like hell. They were married to the emperor, but they used to stay alone for most of their life, Shahensha used to forget them after the first night.

They were not allowed to see other men. they were not allowed to go outside the palace.

Harem rules were very strict, emperor can keep thousands of ladies, but these ladies were not even allowed to think of other men. If any of them were caught in adultery , punishment was heavy. Strict rule was there so that any other practices never takes place. It was like ladies should not have any desire.

After jahangeer they even banned marriages of shehjadis (princess), and same rule were applicable for them. Roshan Ara was infamous for her so- called love affairs. But Mughal princesses were allowed to have palaces outside the fort.

Well I am not a historian, but have read a few books on Mughal ladies/harem. Jalal was considerate, but harem rules were similar in his period, only he was not against the marriage of Mughal daughters. I did not find anything wrong in Jalal's behavior. I am happy that he did not pick up his shamsheer to kill jodha/suja.

One more point I want to add .. this Vachan was really very important to true Rajvanshis. Jodha did a blunder by giving this vachan to Suja but by keeping it, she is just following Rajvanshi tradition.

Now Jalal will know how much he can trust a Rajvanshi with his word. Probably this tradition of keeping word at any cost irked Jahangir ... and he termed this as 'madness'. He conveniently forgot the benefit of this 'madness'.
