if paridhi did not cooperate...we would not have seen their passionate scenes till now...the most passionate scenes of Akdha was jallu's dream during tansen's concert...the chemistry was burning the screens away...when the promo aired...it was rage...if paridhi did not cooperate...she would not let RT touched her whole body during this scenes...remember after the In Ankhon Mein sequence...than there was a very passionate scene of Akdha where jallu dreams of their SR...he was touching her...and there was no BD...it was paridhi herself...it was her cooperation that the scene was burning the screens away...

i still believe the kissing promo is done by paridhi only...its the various camera angle being shot made it look like a BD...above all its a promo...there is so much of a edit and cut in the promo itself...and also we are not sure as this scenes will be aired exact same way...or its just a teaser to hint that now the track is heading towards love...passion...confession and consummation of Akdha...

lets wait and watch before jumping to conclusion...

JA is love story and paridhi knows that passionate-romantic scenes are part and parcel of a passionate romantic saga...she also knows that ekta's main focus is always romance and passion

Regarding un-comfortableness b/w the leads, I don't think they are feeling uneasy while doing romantic scenes. This is just bcoz few days back we had a runour that Pari's having a problem while doing intimate scenes with RT. I don't believe on it. She did great in the dream sequence scene so she'll also do justice to actual CON scene too. Just wait. We should not make assumptions just seeing a promo. The actual scene may be different.
