Think people need to take into account what Nagris is in Bollywood.

She is eye candy. It's her job to be the sexy girl, item girl whatever you call it. So yeah people ask for her to wear makeup, lashes etc.

But not all girls are required to do this because not all are marketed as the sexy eye candy girl

I mean look at Parineeti. She would rarely be caste as the sexy item girl in movies. So for her roles it would be totally different. She won't be required to wear heaps of make up, fake lashes, skimpy clothes.

They are both of different niches in Bollywood.

Hollywood does that aswell. Do you think they would ever caste Megan fox as the geeky girl that has trouble finding boys. Unless it some transformation movie.

Same with how you never see slightly over weight girls with odd features paired with superheroes in films, because people don't want to see that but eye candy that the hero saves.
