No yaar..
Yes khushi was in love with arnav and he was too.
But here paro is in love with rudra but he's isn't or he didn't realize it yet.

In ipk khushi didn't even know why they got married
In RR paro is heads over heals with rudra and is forcing him to marry her.

The only similarity is that arnav and rudra both misunderstood their love.

no! it's not a case of De javu !

There are two different reasons , Intentions and circumstances that have caused this "Forced Marriage" .

Differences :

1. In IPK it was Arnav who forced Khushi to marry him,for his own reasons .But here Rudar is being forced to marry Paro ... see the difference?

2. Khushi didn't want to marry ASR as yet.. but here Paro is hell-bent on marrying Rudra.

Similarities :

1.It is Forced marriage... but a DIFFERENT kind!

2. male lead MUs female lead .

3. Does sanaya playing the F-lead in both cases count as a similarity ? ...🤔

In both scenarios what interesting is to see Sanaya emoting differently, khushi was very expressive & anger, happiness , sadness all were expressed with loudness,
While Paro is sweet, subtle, all emotions are low key delicately portrayed.

I hope Rangrasiya director handles it well & doesn't throw her out in open ... Wait no poolside but yes that (ornamental) fountain side.I also hope story writer plays intelligently & keeps it so worth watching that no useless fillers are needed.

Khushi was strong in her own way and Paro is strong in hre own way. Let's not compare please.

I think Paro is willingly marrying Rudra. Its Rudra who is getting forced into this marriage unwillingly so the situations are completely different.
