This is a daily soap & I dont think cvs will be contemplating on real life issues..
They only want drama & even the common audience love drama..as its a competition..so in general audience wont want divorce between a couple they love to see together..
Lets see whats in store for us..
That's the real issue isn't it. CV's think and take it for granted the audience mentality hasn't changed one bit through years. They think that we will always accept drama galore no matter how many times we are served with it. The many many discussions on character , their nuances , their each and every emotion , cross analysing things , expressing views should be proof enough that we are a bunch who thinks. We know this is fiction and we know not to expect much reality. But in effect the line between fiction and reality is very thin. Look at Astha , doesn't she look like any other young ambitious woman out there. For Shlok we can hold reservations maybe because honestly I have never met someone like him other than in books and fiction. So CV's are in a way mirroring reality. A hint of drama is essential for entertainment agreed. But I don't think most here want something very far fetched from reality. Anjali is realistic - an abused wife. Kalindhi is realistic - a divorcee. Avdhoot is realistic - a caring father. So isn't realism already a part of our beloved show.
I believe the difference begins when one is willing to try. Let's see if Mr Sabeer wants to be a director give his female lead a life outside her marriage. Honestly individuality is an essential part of couple chemistry. When you are being you and he/ she is bring he/she and then you learn to live with each other , nature each other , enhance each other , then a couple becomes legendary.
