There has been lot of furore on the forum due to Rudra's latest act of trying to get Paro married to Sumer by offering him money. My dear friends have reacted angrily saying that Ruddra is trying to sell off Paro.
But I seriously think that Rudra is trying to test Paro !!
Watching the last two episodes this is what I feel. I don't think Rudra actually wants Paro to marry Sumer. By offering Sumer money to marry Paro, Rudra has exposed the true nature of Sumer and his greed for money.
But as far as Paro is concerned, he has just thrown a challenge to her. Dint he ask her why his forgiveness matters so much to her ?
I think, Rudra wants Paro to leave not only because he believes she tried to kill his father but also because he doesn't trust himself to hate her. No matter what he says, he cannot bring himself to actually physically throw her out. He cant bring himself to physically harm or hurt her. Else he could have handed her over to the authorities for trying to murder his father.
The thing is, try as much as he does, he cant hate her. All his verbal assaults on her are a result of his awareness of her presence, of her searching eyes and the innocence which seems to be shining thru them.
As an act of self preservation, he throws a challenge at her. He knows she will NEVER agree to marry Sumer. So then, she will have to leave.
And he will be safe from his tumultuous feelings.
Remember the way he stopped Sumer from touching Paro. If he really wanted Paro to marry Sumer , why would Sumer's touching Paro matter to him ???
So lets wait and see. Lets not react in haste. I for one am sure, Rudra would never bear to see Paro with Sumer. But he is in self denial.
But he definitely has a motive n proposing all this. let us wait and see.
