I think that Moms should be polite which help kids understand better.
In my life there were many ocassions where I was wrong but didn't realize that. My mom had always tried to be calm with me and I really appreciate her for not getting mad on me. Today I am married (not a mom yet) and I will follow the same thing with my kids.
