Today's episode was SO So good that I cannot put into words. The episode had EVERYTHING...
Scenes I LOVED.. Because it was truly one of the best episodes!
1. ZaYa and the snake - them holding onto each other was so cute and them challenging each other was so in their characters. The snake prob ran away cause it was confused because it wanted to create romance but all it got was kitkit.. But neverthless the scene was SO cute.
2. Spending the night - This is actually the best scene of the entire episode. It shows how much growth each character has developed within these three months. The ZaYa we met before in Dec, and now in April have grown. So Aliya wants food and Zain humors her and teases her. She leaves to get food while he tells her he won't be here. Unfo, he's not there when she comes and she's scared. The same aliya who' not scared and can tackle any situation is scared because he's not there. HE holds a very important place in her life and thats what this scene showed. She wasn't afraid of the surroundings, she was afraid that he wasn't there. Of course she runs and right into his arms. THE HUG. I can't believe how beautiful the hug was though I was confused over Bd's but I just forgot it all that and enjoyed the hug. Loved the BI version playing at the same time there made the scene even more beautiful đ Aliya breaks the hug but there is no eye locks or awkwardness between them. I love that about our show. This is real as it can get đł
I loved the watermelon scene , adorable and prob the Aashiyan song fitted so well. As much as I am against Filmy songs, this is really fitted the billđ They were so in their characters as well. There was no mush which was great as they are not in that love stage yet.
What followed after that was unexpected, and I am so glad we had no SBS for this because it made the scene so beautiful. I like Raabta but my heart was yearning for Zain's version of the BI song,. ( Guess they wanna save it for the real deal), but Raabta was good too. Of course at this point, the lyrics of the first song came into play. Old Zain would have not given her the jacket nor would he have put her head on his lap. It was a beautiful scene , how she puts her head on his shoulder, sliding down her hands on his. That scene was poetic because it was like she feels so safe when she's around him. Slowly she goes on top of his hand, her head resting on his head and her hand overlapping his hand- Beautiful!
He then takes his hand, gives her jacket and slowly careses her head while she sleeps. One of the best part was it wasn't mushy and it din't look like LOVE. It was pure CARE and that's the stage. Trust and Care for each other. Love is still far away!
Loved how he blocked the sunlight from coming on to her and she woke to that gesture. Reminds me when Zain humiliated her during Walima and she did the same for him. SUCH a irony that was!
Precap- They return. Damn, but these two episodes were heavnly!
Preetika was SUPERB in the hug scene. I always had complaints but she was so bang on in so many scenes, no complaints man and the hug scene showed us Aliya's fright, her feelings , everything was great. Harshad was excellent as always đ and special shoutout to Farhan Sir for one of the best episodes of BI till date. I am craving for the trps of this week cause it was beyond excellent..
Oh , the Rizu-Ayat scene was icing! Brilliant! Can;t wait to see how this develops. đł
