Abhay Deol mortgages his flat after One By Two' failed
After his maiden production venture, One By Two, failed on the box office, Abhay Deol have been struggling through financial crunch. He recently mortgaged one of his flats in Juhu, Mumbai to pay off the loans he took for the film. The mortgaged apartment located in Pandurang Co-operative Housing Society in Pandurang Wadi is estimated to be worth Rs 2-3 crore.
The movie didn't work on the box office, and moreover, the producers couldn't make any money by its music too due to the battle between music producers and the record lables. Confirming the reports, Abhay Deol was quoted by Mid-Day, "I have availed a loan for which I had to give papers for this property as surety."
A source close to the actor added, "He is currently residing in another house of his in Santacruz. He is redoing his Goa property."
If the actor fails to repay the loan, his property would be seized it and later on would be auctioned.

feeling sad for Abhay he is a talented actor. but i think he shouldn't have turned a producer unless he was financially sound. especially with an offbeat film, it was bound to happen :(
