One see's some merchandise up on shop's shelf, eventhough he/she knows the tagged price is appropiate still the inner self of this person cannot help asking for some kind of bargain from the vendor. True? If lowered even few rs, no second thought and purchase is made. If not lowered then there is sought of unhappiness towards the vendor.
No wonder vendors for this reason hike the price before hand and there is year around some or the other sale in malls going on. Sale HA! bumping the price to 30% then giving a discount of 20% people are happy and talk about how what a smart purchase they did.
Is Bargaining part of shopping?
Should a buyer evaluate actual value of merchandise and buy it, or should buy merchandise based on discount offere even if the discounted price is way high then the actual cost?
Debate - Is it right for Buyer to indulge in bargaining no matter what / when/ where purchase is being made, even though price tag represents actual value?
