when shlok was drinking...first shlok rem astha confessing love on hill and then he rem astha telling her mom I will come after 2 days...

actually shlok was thinking how can astha tell her mom that she is leaving after 2 days when she told him she loves him...he was drinking because of that...

but when varad came he went in denial mode...and as he was angry that astha decided to leave after 2 days and varad making him uncomfortable that he has fallen in love...

he got angry on astha and himself and hence the fight he had with astha...y dint u leave with mom...

actually he wanted astha to say that she wont leave after 2 days 2...

the 2nd scene also evident when astha said after 2 days anyway I will b kirloskar...shlok became really upset...very evident on his face when he was continuously looking at astha...

his expressions and actions r showing he doesn't want her to go but his words r opp he hates astha and he wants her to leave...which he actually doesn't want...

agree he doesn't want astha to go that's why he was drinking and looking sad. This is the reason he comes in the room and shouts at astha

Agree,he does not want her to go but his ego will not let him speak. He is throwing a tantrum like a little kid, whose favourite toy is going to be taken away from him.😃.
