Well, the cat is out of the bag and here's come the breaking news of 2014. The cutest couple of Bollywood, Katrina Kaifand Ranbir Kapoor have finally tied the knot in Sri Lanka and the news was confirmed by none other than Kat's very own sweet sister Christine on twitter. She congratulated the newlyweds.

"Congratulation Katrina darling...wish u and Ranbir a happy life ahead. Sooo sorry couldn't make it to Sri Lanka (sic)," she posted, followed by another tweet, "Love u Katrina, miss uuu so muchhh (xoxo)(sic)."

Off late, rumour surfaced that Kat and Ranbir will get hitched by year end but the couple seem to have went one step ahead by already tying the knot. It is known that Katrina flew off to Sri Lanka to meet her boyfriend but it is quite surprising to know that the duo got married there. We guess only Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma might have joined in the marriage celebration because they were the only two present at the same place at the same time when the nuptial took place.

When Kat was recently asked about her wedding report, she vehemently denied. She said that she will continue to keep mum on her private life and added that she is unfazed by such rumors.

She said: "I don't know about this, it has come in media today. It is news to me as I got to know when someone sent me a message about this, till then I was not aware about it," Katrina told reporters.

"But there is no such thing. If there is something like that happening, I will be the first one to tell you all about it. But, there are no such plans as yet," she added. Katrina Kaif has been always guarded about her personal life.

"As far as I am concerned, I have always been the same...I don't speak about my personal life. Now it (any rumour) doesn't bother me. With time, you get used to it...such small things don't affect," she added.

It is heard that Ranbir's parents, Neetu and Rishi Kapoor is not happy with this secret wedding. They wanted a grand band, baaja, baraat wedding for their beloved son and Ranbir has spilled water on their long cherished dream.
