Shlok is struggling with recent chain of events that are sensitizing his feelings. He is unable to digest how his heart suddenly starts ruling over his head when astha is posed to any danger.
With the recent unprecedented events happening with Astha that involves him is leaving him baffled! He is struggling to comprehend his feelings towards Astha whilst fighting with his denial to love amidst the Divorce hearing deadline fast approaching and Astha's open confession.
No wonder his shrewdness has taken a back seat! During the fake love period, he was focussed as nothing else mattered to him, neither diverted his focus! He was alert hence could concentrate and fulfil his motive.
Whereas Astha is becoming focussed now. Her life was unexpectedly messed up by Shlok in worst possible manner! She was behaving dumb, could not see clearly or comprehend things in correct manner. She was going through emotional turmoil.
Since her confesssion, her heart is more settled. Emotions are clear. She ia not battling with anything. Her focus is her love for Shlok and hence anything happening to Shlok or her relation should get her brain ticking faster which it is at the moment.
My POV, Shlok and Aastha are behaving quite aptly to the situation - so what if its contrary to their characters! No individual remains same throughout their life - circumstances play a huge role - so as the emotions
Also Shlok confessing now is wayyy to early! It will lose the charm! He needs to work harder to earn Astha back honorably!
Time will say but till then lets trust Waseem sir and enjoy our favourite EBP 😛
