actually once amar singh killed a minister in court DEA and all got so scared ran helter shelter. Even Shah Jahan got scared and went back to palace. So mumtaz got so angry she got angry on khurram and taunted him what sort of man are you, do not show me face till you punish that man. I do not understand why jehangir is only called jhoru ka ghulam, ye shah jahan bhi bada jhoru ka ghulam hi tha 😊

But i think akbar was a typical alpha male he would not give so much leverage to wives or anyone that they be brave enough to shout or hit him even if he is at fault. Only one person would be brave to stand in front of akbar and talk against that is Salim no one else not even his mom may have shouted/hit him i feel. Agar itna control hota tho akbar would not marry hundreds of wives. Salim too would get that braveness to go against akbar only because he knows his papa loves him most and no matter what he does he will forgive or not get angry pyar ka fayda uthana salim jantha tha, actually all his children were rebellious type toh all knew papa will forgive us challo unke pyar ka fayda uta the hain. In 21st century you find kids screaming and rolling on ground in malls if parents do not give them what they want, bas akbar's kids were doing the same thing once they became adults. Magar 21st century mein kids ye sab bachhpan mein hi start kar dethe hain emotional blackmails, fayda utana, misbehave karna etc

Whereas Jehangir not married after nur jahan and shah jahan did not marry till after mumtaz death. So they controlled their husbands well or may be their husbands truly found love in them and did not find necessity to marry again
