Something will happen and tables will turn. Probably Ratan Singh would die while doing the transplant or may be crippled and decides to give back Mannu to Ganga

(I don't know if someone can die during such transplantation or not, it was just a dramatic guess)

It can happen Mannu is right now too small Needs his mother and the child has also become a lot familiar with Jagya and Singhs He has started recognizing them through relation names Bapusaa, Dadisaa etc etc and Nandu Mannu's best friend The child cannot stay with Ratan's parents so seeing the sadness of child JaGan can file a case for custody again ,court decides to give Mannu back to Ganga for his better

That's a valid point you raised Esha .. The legal custody ...I don't think Ratan will refer to court as his own record is not good and he himself will be going to jail after transplant so who is there to take care of Mannu ? His old parents . By simply getting papers signed Ratan cannot take legal custody of Mannu He will have to go to court and there his case seems still weak so perhaps this happens
