From one burn-out victim (I was a certified workaholic 7 years ago) to the other. I am going to give you some unsolicited advice - I am thinking that you are younger than me! So here it goes.
When we die, and people are congregating at our funeral, here are some of the comments you hear!
'He/She was a good spouse'
'He/She was a good parent'
'He/She was a good offspring'
'He/She was a good sibling'
What you don't hear is
'He/She was an excellent worker, he/she worked long hours and made a profit of x% to the company'
So work is work, do a good job for the 8-10 hours you are there, have a life after and before work - that's what makes you or breaks you.
Work for some people can be a feeling of satisfaction you get for a job well done!
Work for most people is bread and butter and a means for making a livelyhood.
If you have enough people appreciating you outside of work, you will not need the constant approval of a 'job well done'
Anyways, sorry to bore you with the long advice, but you can do well without WYAO and putting in so many hours.
As for the physical workout, I am not sure if this is work related or if you are an exercise freak...but moderation is the key to anything. When you are running a marathon (26.2 miles) - you are told to hydrate your body well and relax the last 1 week before you run the whole track. There is a reason for this, your body needs rest and recuperation....
Take care and get well!!
