@hoopoe: I think General's strategy is to break Arnav's resolve that he can never have Khushi, that Khushi doesn't deserve him. Its his fears he is targeting so as to weaken him.

Congratulations on second anniversary. This moon stuff is so mysterious and still things are not clear to me :). Whose wings are blocking the moons light?. Shyam or Arnav or someone else?. If moon stuff is something that helps Arnav then why Shyam will share it?. Does this also indicate Kushi has some blackness in her birth or her birth parents and that is some how related to Arnav?.ufff. Waiting for next chapter.

Excellent narration aquiline I thought I was in there watching them like a besharam.
normally lord Arnav is so intelligent but here I think the general is smarter than him but I think if general is giving some hints to Arnav is it to distract his attention from Kushi if so he is succeeding in it

Dear Anjs, I clearly understand your frustration at the games I let the two play but if you will recollect how Kushi reacted to her mother-aunt conversation on the Poieo Eros and the way she preferred to distance herself from him, you will try to understand her as only newly coming to terms with what she is expected to do which is hard for her being more a child than a woman in comparison to her sister. Kushi will eventually learn to forgo her fears but till that day comes, let us leave her in peace, dodging "extreme" attentions of her husband but secretly loving the way he cares for her and attends to her every need... And let me tell you this as well, I know two years is long but the entire thing has to be gradual in coming and everything has its right time. And right places too. *wink* You will know what I mean when the time comes...
