Moi loved the episode once again..i expected for aashlok to steal the show instead daddy stole my heart today..he surely was the star..

A man with such a strong empire and impecable image, who s violent with his wife, doesnt respect his own children and treats them as instruments..yet he needs assurance everyth he feels he loses control and he can shed tears when his only weak spot is hit..shlokie..so baby bear is his baccha in every sense of the word..neeranjan has put all his dreams and plans in this boy, burdening him till he made his fathers dreams his own..thank God baby bear still has an identity, daddy hasnt managed to steal that away from him..

So yes the highlighted scene of the epi, for me, was neeranjan seeing his son safe and sound, hugging him with all his might, chanting mera bacha and kissing his forehead like a normal loving dad would do to his baby boy every time he would get a boo boo, daddy will kiss it and will make it better..

So somehow, there is a trace of a heart in neeranjan's chest..one which can also produce genuine tears..Anywhoo, it was a brilliant scene, manish deserves all my respect, hats of to the man..he is simply magnificent..

So the episode started with the rats and ended with the pest ( precap)..chill friends, i am only making an observation..i actually fastforward abhay scenes..

Next we see jyothi and her cage..the cage is green, the color of hope and new beginings, interesting combo..she is thinking abt her child, and how to help herself out of this problem..well she shouldnt have refused Sid's offer of taking the phone..she should ask for it now instead of sitting all day thinking and sulking..that wont lead her anywhere..anywho, Sid is having his meal in a comfy chair when he sees his secret bucket of sunshine..i think it was beer..and decides to hide it away before jyothi thinks bad abt himself..now cant the boy have one beer from time to time and still be a good guy?news for u, good doesnt mean perfect, mr.Sid I liked the tune used when he was hiding the bucket LOL

he is a funny guy and it suits him..he makes some blunt suggestions to jyothi..get a bath and change LOL

since he doesnt have pink lengerie like others have, to give jyothi to wear..not for himself ofcourse( naughty girls, what were you thinking?) he suggests to go out shopping..and jyothi, out of fear to not get caught..she shouts on Sid Ouch

poop boy gets the idea she has a problem and shuts up..thinking why this mystery..she didnt even tell him her name..

One of the rats goes to the white house, more to c if there is info abt their golden goose..anywhoo, anjali is very worried for her hubby since he doesnt wanna eat till he sees his bacha safe, so she offers him tea..neeranjan throws the tea cup away in anger..only the sight of his son can quench his thirst..

In the jungle, one of the sleeping beauties wakes up..shlokie remembers how they ended up in that situation..after rolling, rolling, and rolling down the hill they obviously stopped but all this ride took a toll on them and got few bruises here and there..with all the strenght left in him shlokie was the one to strech his hand to hold her in his darkest time, like feeling her warmth one last time..and ashta met hm half way and held his hand strongly before surrendering to unconciousness..so for the first time in history baby bear took the first 'step' towards ashta..and he kept giving us firsts this episode..

he checks ashta and tries to wake her up but she is adamant to stay fainted, felt for the bear here..he got scared for a second..till he held her close and listened to her heart..baby bear, you could have simply take n her pulse on her neck or wrist..but noo, u needed to listened to her heart you selfish lil baby, you know her heart is ur second home thats y you want it to keep on beating

Second sleeping beaty wakes up, calls his name as if thanking gos he is alive and here we have the second first of the day..shlokie initiates the hug..song playing..awakward moment..both notice eachothers wounds but never their own..hmmm, babies are sooo in love..ashta dresses his wound first..wow, ofcourse, ladies first..with her famous dupatta and shlokie dresses her wound with his hanky..how sweet, isnt it? beautiful scene..

Ashta is ashta, even if she will fall of 1000 horses she still has energy to fight with her husband she scolds him saying she told him shes a afraid..so thank god thei arent badly wounded, she also scolds him for risking his life for her while he looks around for a way to the resort..all this fighting and the fall drains ashta off of her energy and faints again..

Poor shlokie panics once again and lifts her to find a way out faster..

Meanwhile..neeranjan is looking like he is sitting on fire..he reached his limit..he is losing it..and shouts to varad that he will come there and find his son on his own..uuuhhh, daddy is on the verge of despair..losing his shlokie baby bear can be his destruction..

Ashta is looking like a lil hurt rabbit in shloks arms and asks for water..baby bear fetches her some, in a leaf..nice touch but i would have prefered to actually see from where did he get the water..

Anywhoo, they walk a bit..shlokie offered to lift her once again but ashta took pitty on him..after all he was wounded as well..and they reach the hill where varad without the ji.. is ordering the ploice to find his brother..ashta calls him out and varad says shloks name instead..comes closer and hugs ashta..what the..my head is spinning after writing this😕

anywhoo..shlokie asks abt the pest and he has a very serious expression on..even when he reaches home he only nods at her question if he is well..when everyone goes with ashta and shlok..neeranjan takes kavyas hand and leaves..aditi is left behind..wonder how many times she was left behind like this..anywho, everyone ignored her or throws serious looks at her..nobody likes pests😉

If it wasnt clear from the start..shlok and neeranjan's hugging scene was my fav..i am a sucker for parents-child scenes and this one was perfect..the chemestry between father and son is superb..also, anjali silently admiring them was nicely done..felt sorry for her she didnt get a hug..

The mother tigress was noticed abt ashtas arrivel..and she barges in her room to make sure shes alright and take her home..uff, this woman, shes a vulcona, one second is a mother in the other sec she forgets her baby is an adult..ashta tries to make her know that shlok doesnt want to harm her physically..but what abt the emeotional harm he has done on u missy??😕

Kalindhi gets angry and storms out..in her way of pacifying her mom she finds another one silently fuming..shlokie...ohh, poor ashta..shes caught in between two hard rocks..

The precap gives one hopes..that the pest will be revealed..pls let ashta hear her right..me very tired of arificial things..oh, and can i see ashta punching her and daddy watching..pretty pls😳

On the whole a very good episode which gave hints to how things might pay out in the show.

The rats are back at action and are doing what they are best at...taking pot shots at each other. Nowadays I have started liking the scenes with the rats...they are quite amusing to watch. Also whenever they show the rats they usually show the grills of the window. They are caught in the same cage that they built for someone else. For their own survival both of them come up with a plan make use of the golden opportunity given to them regarding Shloke and Astha's disappearance. Abhay decides to show sympathy towards the Agnihotri's and also in this way find out whether Jyoti is with them or not. By the way why will Jyoti be with them and not be sent back? At Agnihotri mansion, Anjali went to offer tea to Neernajan who is panicking and looking as someone who has lost control. He is so upset that he has not eaten. He is lashing out because things are out of his control and he smashes the cup of tea that Anjali offered him. The face of Neeranjan that is usually hidden is now getting exposed...this time Sojal saw it. Neeranjan needs Shloke because Shloke is his security blanket and he will fight tooth and nail to keep this security blanket with him. All his hopes rest on Shloke and if Shloke is not there then what will happen to him? When Abhay comes to talk to him, Neeranjan does not pay him attention and walks off. A white elephant was shown in the background when Abhay was talking to Neeranjan. Who is the white elephant here? Neeranjan or Abhay? Anyway Abhay gets to know that Jyoti is not at the Agnihotris.

Jyoti who has got sanctuary at Barney's but she is also not free. She also has a cage but for her it is more psychological and let physical. One can get rid of physical cages but the psychological or emotional ones are the ones that are difficult to deal with. I loved the shot of her standing in front of an open window. The window was divided and she was standing in one half while the empty bird's cage was in the other half. Slowly the camera started moving and Jyoti also started walking towards the other side of the window which had the empty bird cage. Finally she stood beside the cage and starting thinking that Abhay must be searching for her and that where she will go. She continues that she is now pregnant and she has to think about her child and that she will call Astha because she is the only one who can help her. So she decides to call from a PCO. Although the window is open wide in front of her, Jyoti is still not free. She is carrying her cage with her, the cage whose bars are based on fear and doubt. The bird has flown away from the cage but that does not mean that the cage has stopped exists. That empty cage was right beside her and in her fear and worry regarding Abhay she walked from the part of the window which did not have the cage to that part of the window which had the cage. She wants to call Astha because Astha has fought with her family to help her. But Astha was also an unknown person to her. In the same way Barney is also an unknown person for her. If she could ask for help from Astha, why not Barney? Is it because he is a man? Anyway Barney who is sitting and eating is worried that that Jyoti will look at his bottles of drinks and think that he is an alcoholic. So he tiptoes out carrying the basket of bottles which does confuses Jyoti a bit but she does not pay much attention to it. He does try to lighten her up and also points out to the fact that she has not taken a shower from yesterday and makes it clear that he does not have any clothes meant for ladies with him. This Barney is a nice goofball and I do want him to meet honeypot. I think these two will bring the house down and Sojal might also forget her issues and join the party. I also liked honeypot's friend in the forest...not baby bear but the other one who got almost beaten up by honeypot because the lunatic was referring to baby bear as her husband. So I want that friend also to join the party. Anyway leaving my dream party aside, Barney offers to take her out for shopping only to have his head bitten off by Jyoti that she does not want to go anywhere. Barney goes back to eat his food and starts thinking that how is he going to help her if she does not tell him anything. As for Jyoti I can understand where she is coming from...she has been brought up in a family where a girl's backbone is broken so that they do not have any self-confidence. Based on that it is pretty commendable that she managed to run to protect her baby. I can understand her fear regarding Abhay and also her hesitation regarding trusting anyone other than Astha. But if she does not let her fears go and learn to trust others then chances are there that she might return back to the same cage that she escaped from. In this way she is herself giving the control back the rat called Abhay. She did take the leap of faith where Astha was concerned, she might have to do that again. As for Barney if he really wants to help this unknown lady whom he rescued and who is now staying at his house, he most probably will have to prove to Jyoti that he can be trusted.

In the forest baby bear wakes up first and looks at his honeypot. He remembers rolling down the slope with Honeypot and the stretching out his hand to help her. Honeypot also does the same but both are too tired and they lose consciousness with honeypot's small hand being cradled by baby bear's big paw...sorry hand😳. I liked this scene and it has resonance with something that might happen between the two. Baby bear sees that his honeypot has not gained consciousness and he tries to wake her up. Slowly he starts panicking and then puts his head on her chest and his honeypot slowly wakes up. By the way he could have tried to check her pulse😉😛. Anyway this time he himself pulls his honeypot into his big bear hug and does not want to let her go. Finally baby bear has shown through actions what honeypot means to him...it started with him standing straight like a lamp post while his honeypot hugged him, then honeypot running into his arms and baby bear squeezing her and clinging on to her and now he himself initiated the hug. Honeypot nicely burrowed into the nice big bear hug and then slowly raised her head to check his expression and baby bear came down to earth. When honeypot threw him a questioning look he looked away. They both realised simultaneously that the other is hurt and set about tending to other's wound. Honeypot tended to baby bear's wounds first and he again started watching her with a soft expression and again when she looked at him, he looked away. While he was bandaging her wound, she squirmed in pain and baby bear started worrying whether he has hurt her but again when she looked at him, he looked away. Baby bear stands up and starts looking at paths to take to get out. I thought it was both from the forest and also from being in an emotionally charged situation with his honeypot. He was not paying attention to what honeypot was telling him and got irritated when honeypot told him off for putting his life in danger to save hers. She also told him that she was really scared and that baby bear does exactly what he wants to do and does not listen to her. Baby bear will get irritated because what honeypot was saying might not be what he does not want to face. I mean will he like to tell her that why did he save her? Or will he like to accept that he did not listen to her fear because he himself was scared that she was making him face himself? So he lashed back. Baby bear pulls honeypot up from the ground and without paying attention to her starts walking. Honeypot stretches out in her hand for support and then falls down. Baby bear walks for some distance alone and then gets irritated that honeypot is not following him, only to realise that she has again lost consciousness. He gets worried and picks her up and starts walking. So will baby bear leave her when he will need his help the most? He won't realise what he has done but then when he will see her injured, will he come back to take her with him. Looks like a potential firing point between baby bear and his baba. Whatever baba will do, Honeypot's pain and emotions will bring him back and they together will travel together to come out of difficult situations.

At the resort Varad is shouting at the police uncle and he gets a call from Papa bear who is panicking that his bacha has not been found. Varad reassured him that he will find them and will not return till he has not found them. The camera moves silently to Anjali who was standing extremely worried that her son might be injured and that she cannot do anything. She cannot even tell anyone about her pain because Neeranjan will not like that. Instead of crying her heart out she has to tend to panic stricken Neeranjan and stand mutely crying silent tears of pain and worry🤗. While Varad was blasting the police uncle and telling him that baby bear is his brother and that baby bear is his life, honeypot and baby bear came out of the forest and they overheard him. Baby bear had a look of utter disbelief that Varad was referring to him as his life. Has Neeranjan in his selfishness made baby bear believe that no one other than him cares for baby bear. Neeranjan needs some whacks from Sulbha the rat.😡 Just because he wants to have baby bears sole attention he has removed everyone from him. Honeypot calls out for Varad who comes running and gives a hug to honeypot first and then to baby bear. But didn't he say that baby bear is his life?🤔 So shouldn't he be giving baby bear the hug first? 😳So has subconsciously honeypot taken precedence over baby bear where Varad is concerned. Yikes!! Sojal!! No wonder Varad was furious when Neeranjan was singing praises of the lunatic and was ignoring honeypot in front of lunatic's father. Honeypot is Varad's definition of the perfect woman who should be placed on a pulpit to be worshipped. Again when Varad was hugging baby bear, the latter was standing straight with disbelief written all over his face. Baby bear really did not expect this sort of emotion towards him from Varad. Baby bear then asked Varad about the lunatic and Varad told them that she is home. Somehow I felt that both baby bear and honeypot have developed hesitations where the lunatic is concerned.

At the Agnihotri mansion Neeranjan is very proud that baby bear has not betrayed him and has come back to him. More than seeing the relief of a father for his son, I saw a person who is proud that he has not been proved wrong. It just showed to me that baby bear is an extension of Neeranjan. He tells Anjali that he knows that baby bear will never do anything that will hurt his father. I felt that here he was reassuring himself than anyone else and that Anjali was standing there as the sounding board. Wonder what will happen to Neeranjan when he will realise that honeypot has taken precedence over him. He most probably lose his mind. Maybe then he can go and play kabbadi with the lunatic in Ranchi asylum and leave Anjali alone.🤪 Baby bear walks in to hear his father's declaration regarding him never hurting his father. Neeranjan runs to baby bear, lunges at him and then squeezes the living breath out of him. Varad watches all this with a proud look. So is Varad doing all this to gain a foothold in Neeranjan's high estimation? I know that he loves baby bear but is this also involved? Now I am wondering that will honeypot be able to beat Neeranjan in Varad's mental list? Anyway honeypot was watching all this with a grave expression. Baby bear reassures his baba that he will never hurt his father. Neeranjan's love for baby bear is a very selfish and suffocating love where he wants to remove baby bear from any human emotional contact (other than himself) and wants to own him. This love is to do more with himself than with baby bear. At this rate baby bear will suffocate under all this pressure...and honeypot is the release whom he is also not supposed to form any emotional connection?

Honeypot gets blessed by Neeranjan and he also asks about her heath. Honeypot starts crying when Kavya runs and hugs her. The hug of pure and innocent love brings tears to her eyes and when the lunatic hugs her, she is actually not that responsive. Both baby bear and her are guarded when the lunatic is concerned and Neeranjan was also not showing much emotion and was just watching them. Slowly everyone leaves and Anjali tells Sojal to inform honeypot's mother that they have returned home safely. This Anjali 😳...Interestingly Neeranjan who was telling everyone to take care of the lunatic and was jumping around that lunatic should not be made to feel as an outsider took Kavya's hand and walked away to eat dinner and left the lunatic alone near the main door. So the lunatic has been delegated as an outsider?

In Babybears room honeypot is unpacking and Kalindi rushes in. She also lunges at honeypot and gives her a hug of relief but compared to Neeranjan does not squeeze the living breathe out of honeypot. There was a difference between how Neeranjan hugged baby bear and how Kalindi hugged honeypot...both were worried parents but the difference in their love towards their respective kids is there for all to see. Anyway Kalindi wants to take honeypot home because according to her all the Agnihotri's are waiting to kill honeypot. Mother and daughter have an argument regarding whether baby bear is a hero or a villain. What Kalindi said was true that everyone has a different way regarding looking at things. If honeypot has forgiven baby bear that does not mean that others will also forgive him and she will have to accept and live with that. Kalindi told honeypot that there must be something that makes her wary of baby bear...she is not wrong. Baby bear has emotionally played with honeypot and that was wrong. No parent will accept that and also there is her past which clouds her vision. Honeypot refuses to go and Kalindi tells her that she has always bowed down to honeypots stubbornness and that if she does not listen to her then one day this stubbornness will take her life. Saying this she stormed out. Now both Kalindi's entrance and exit from the room were shown as mirror images. Honeypot was going after her mother but then baby bear came and stood in front of her. By the way was he standing outside and decided to come in to remind honeypot regarding the choice that she will have to make? 😳

This is the end of my rhambalysis😳...mixture of rhambling and analysis. It was a good episode and Manish Wadhwa as Neeranjan Agnihotri took the limelight.

Myra, thanks for starting the thread. I am running behind today as I woke up very late and was feeling extremely lazy.

I really liked the episode today and Manish as Niranjan was the star today though all others were good too. Geetanjali of course was again excellent with her silent grief and silent relief at Shlok/Astha's safe arrival. But it Manish who was star of the episode. What a performance of a father who does love his son a lot though he ends up suffocating him because of that love.

Great chemistry between Avinash and Manish as baccha & baba. Though Astha and Shlok scene was very beautifully depicted, it was Niranjan and Shlok scene that was the highlight for me today.

Ok, a poem meant to show innocence is dedicated to Niranjan today though he is evil personified. But the way he showed his relief in that scene with Shlok, this poem came to my mind. So anybody who loves this poem, do not be mad at me for using it on Niranjan.

Shlok - Astha's Support

So the Astha/Shlok's scene started from where it ended with Astha's small end in Shlok's large one. I liked how they showed Shlok's flashback reminded of how it had happened. Both rolling off the horse and then lying separately. Shlok is the one who with extreme effort extended his hand towards her though he was not able to reach her because of the distance between them. Then it was Astha who covered the remaining distance by extending her hand and giving it in his hand. After that both fainted. Beautiful symbolic scene that it would be Shlok who would have to reach Astha now, but the distance between them would only be breached when Astha finally comes back towards him.

In the present, Shlok gained consciousness first and then reached Astha. First he tried to wake her up. But when she did not wake up, he in his panic put his ear on her heart to feel her heart beat. Then when she finally regained conscious, he is the one who initiated the hug and the music played was from his perspective - that he is getting lost in her and is confused because of all the questions in his mind. Then both noticed each other's wounds at the same time and reached towards each other also at the same time, though it was Astha who tended to Shlok's wounds first. Shlok was looking in wonderment at Astha's care for him though he became uncomfortable when he saw her gazing at his unguarded face. So his emotions are now coming out in open though he is not comfortable with Astha knowing about them.

Astha of course gave him an escape when she started her usual bickering with him. Since this kind of bickering is his now comfort zone with Astha, he was able to control his emotions. Of course, Shlokie was the hero in the rest of the "going back to the civilization" rescue scene - from carrying Astha when she fainted again or giving her water from the leaves or guiding her back to the place where Varad was waiting for them.

Varad - the Brother

Unlike the freaked out Niranjan, Varad took a personal charge of organizing for Astha and Shlok's search. He is not a good husband, but he is a good brother (to Shlok at least), and actually a good son too. He besides Anjali was the one who tried to calm down increasingly out of control Niranjan, who wanted to come to the spot. Varad for the third time restrained him. He had done that before when goons were breaking down Shlok's office and Shlok has gone there single handedly to confront them, then during the fire rescue scene and now here.

So he was barking at the inefficient police who despite 24 hours and searching with 10 miles, were not able to spot them. Astha/Shlok came out on their own. They came out to hear Varad telling the police that Shlok - his little brother is his life and he would not leave without both Astha and Shlok. Shlok looked a little awed at this concern. Has Niranjan so isolated everyone's love from Shlok that Shlok does not realize how much everyone cares for him? In the first phone conversation with Anjali (first episode), he had told her that baba was his only reason for coming home, else he did not feel connection to anybody. So this Aditi's attempt will back fire for Niranjan because Shlok is beginning to realize his importance to others - Astha and Varad.

Varad of course was happy to see both of them, but he hugged Astha first (for a long time) and then Shlok. Has Astha become more important to him than even Shlok now? His relationship with Sojal is already on the edge. What additional havoc this extra protectiveness for Astha going to create in his relationship with Sojal. All three - Varad, Kavya and Anjali, whose attention she craves so desperately, have moved towards Astha, leaving her behind.

Sid/Jyoti - Slight Loosening up of Jyoti's Inhibitions

Jyoti was standing lost in her own world where she was pondering about her next steps. Now that she had a good sleep and some food, she relaxed enough to think that she needed to contact Astha who is the only one whom Jyoti trusts to do something for her. But since there is yet not much trust in Sid (and she cannot be blamed), she wanted to use the public phone instead of using Sid's mobile phone.

Sid who was watching her closely suddenly saw the box of empty bear cans/bottles and decided to hide them because he did not want to spook Jyoti any further. It was cute the way he was walking backwards hiding the box. Jyoti too looked at his strange behavior, but was too involved in her own issues to pay attention to the fact that Sid is making a lot of effort to put her at ease.

Though there was a slight change in Jyoti today. When Sid offered to go out with her to cheer her up and to buy a dress so that she can shower and change, she snapped at him. Now her snapping was in panic because she is scared of Abhay knowing about her whereabouts. But she did not cringe after snapping at Sid. So there is now slight belief in her that she can snap at Sid and he would not hit her. So Sid is starting to have positive influence on her though she is still extremely wary and extremely scared.

Meanwhile, Abhay/Sulbha the rats are now realizing how much comfort they had because of Jyoti. They hear about Shlok/Astha's accident and decided to use it to their advantage to find out if Jyoti was at Agnihotri mansion and to bring her back. They also are scared of Agnihotris finding out about missing Jyoti because then they are in trouble. It is good to see the two rats panicking.

Niranjan's Unraveling at the Thought of Loosing his Sun & Moon (Shlokie)

The more time it was taking to find Shlok, the more Niranjan was unraveling. So he had not drunk any water or eaten anything in 24 hours. Anjali, the strong one who is also silently keeping her grief to herself and is worried sick about both Shlok and Astha, brought him tea. Niranjan who likes to keep the perfect image ended up throwing the tea in anger not caring that this show of rage was in front of Sojal.

Interesting that Sojal is the one who is witness to many of the things Niranjan has subjected Anjali to, though it not entered her mind. She is the one who saw Anjali's bruises the day Niranjan hit her after the wedding. She is also the one who has seen Anjali waiting outside her room and now she is the one who has witnessed this out of control Niranjan. Wonder if would end up mentioning these events to someone in innocence and that somebody putting together the pieces to get a glimpse of Niranjan's true personality.

Abhay the rat reaches Agnhotri house just then and tries to show his fake concern which does not impress either Sojal or Anjali, who both know that it is fake. Now that Niranjan's Raison d'etre (Reason to be) Shlokie is missing, Niranjan did not have patience to show fake politeness and walked out. Anjali of course was forced to be polite to him because unlike Niranjan, she cares for Jyoti's welfare. Abhay left once he was satisfied that Jyoti was not there and he could act as if Jyoti was not missing. So the rat thinks that he has bought time for himself.

Finally, when the news come of Shlok/Astha's safe arrival, Anjali asks Niranjan to take some juice. Manish's performance in this entire scene was just superb. He showed the relief of the weak father who is now feeling happy that his favorite son was happy and everything was alright in his world. He is no longer tense, but happily tells Anjali that he would only eat or drink once his baccha comes home and he wants Shlokie to feed it to him. Then he tells her that he always had confidence in him that his baccha would never give him grief by leaving him.

Shlokie - Love is the Burden

Shlok, Astha and Varad come in time to hear Niranjan's proclamations about the importance of baccha for him and his baccha knows that baba would not survive without him. Shlok provides assurance to the insecure baba that what he said was indeed true and that he would never give him grief by either leaving him or doing something that would hurt him...Shlokie, bear...never say never...

Niranjan rushes forward to hug Shlokie in relief , leaving a happy Varad looking from one side and a grave Astha from another side at this emotional bond. Varad it seems does not feel resentful or envious that Shlok is the most important thing to his father. Does he also love Shlok partly because his father does too. So whatever Niranjan (his idol in his heart??) loves, Varad too loves? I am putting question marks here because Varad and Anjali's feelings for Niranjan are an enigma to me - distaste at many of his things yet a strange attachment too, suppressed rebellion and yet obedience to him too.

Niranjan almost suffocates Shlokie in his emotional state. Shlok did look uncomfortable though he did not pull away. So Shlok feels suffocated in his love, yet tolerates it because he knows that his baba expects this from him. Niranjan is extremely lucky that he has Anjali as his wife and Shlok and Varad as his sons - all three pamper him and his insecurities. Vinayak does needle him from time to time, but he too in the end ends up pampering Niranjan. So while Shlok who on the surface is center of the attention in the house, it is actually Niranjan who has made himself the center of attention because everything is about him and everyone revolves around him.

Shlok is the one who finally pulled away to tell Niranjan that he and Astha are going to their room to freshen up. A rejuvenated Niranjan asks Anjali to finally serve the food who is relieved at Sahib getting his peace.

Anjali in the entire saga was the silent one for whom nobody gave a thought. Varad did not call to assure his mother, but did so for his baba. She was standing behind him looking grief stricken at both Niranjan's condition and at the thought that her son might be dead. Liked the camera shot on her the way silently tears were streaming down his face without any noticing by self-centered Niranjan.

Then when Shlok came back, she too looked happy (despite knowing that he was safe) and rushed forward but stayed back. So her love and grief are both silent so that Niranjan can express them openly without any interference from anybody in his relationship with Shlok.

Kalindi, the Tiger Mother & Setting up of Future Clashes with Shlokie the Possessive Bear

The final scene was of Kalindi rushing all alone in Astha's room while she was unpacking her suitcase. Today, Niranjan and Kalindi were coming across as rather similar as to how they both reacted to the disappearance of Shlok and Astha respectively. There was no thought for Astha in Niranjan's mind and Shlok was the further thing away from Kalindi's mind except for the thought that he was bad for Astha. The only difference between the two is that Niranjan acts like this because he is extremely possessive about Shlok, while Kalindi is doing it to protect Astha from living her history. Her final goal is to make sure that Astha is safe and happy in the long run. So Kalindi can be excused for her overprotective behavior.

Except that her love is providing a burden for Astha who is feeling torn between her emotions and respect for her mother's wishes. Astha tried to convince Kalindi that what would 2 additional days at Agnhotri household matter when she had stayed for almost 6 months. But Kalindi is adamant as in her view, Shlok is responsible for endangering Astha's life all the time and would wreck her life for good if she stayed with him even one additional minute. She then puts an emotional pressure on Astha that her stubbornness would end up Kalindi's life, and leaves in anger. Astha feels emotionally torn and turns only to see a grim, fuming Shlok enter the room who too gives her an angry look and leaves. So he heard Kalindi's statement and is furious that Astha was still insisting on staying for 2 days even after declaring her love to him and seeing his emotions in the jungle.

So the battle for Astha starts in two days between Kalindi and Shlokie. Ok..I was looking forward to such scenes for a long time, so I have to say that I was pleased at the last scene.

Overall, a great episode with good acting by everyone especially by Geetanjali, Avinash, Shrenu, Sameer, Prachi. Manish was in the class of his own though as he was superb in all scenes and displayed a range of emotions.

Genuine emotions displayed in a wonderful & emotional episode..Starting from Shlok,Astha,Varad,Anjali,NA,Kalindi..Even Sojal was sober today..
Loved every bit of it..

it was astha's ILU talk free episode😃 ,so i kind of loved it

& also Neeru (NA) kind of shocked me with his shlokie love😲😲 ,he really loves shlokie baby Myra ,he really stopped drinking water or eating till he got shlokie baby & also he cried & that "my baccha ,my baccha" showed how much he loves shlokie baby😲 ,it just that he wants to own shlokie & he is quite aggressively possessive about shlokie

if shlokie someday stops respecting or loving neeru ,he will go mad i guess 😆

Myra, Misti and Angie! Ladies, you have analysed every bit of that fantastic episode in every way possible!! Thank you, it was a pleasure to read them! I was shocked at Niranjans reaction to Abhay! He has lost it! He couldn't keep his mask even in front of Abhay - an outsider. Niranjan is always worried about how he appears to everyone except Anjali but today Niranjan was lost. It was nice to see Sojal sober as well. Indeed Niranjan has blocked all emotional attachment to shlok from others - The dynamics between Varad and Shlok today was interesting, even shlok was surprised. Anjali, I felt for her, she has no one to open up to and get her worries out of her chest. She keeps them locked up. I loved how Varad took control today and he gave his best it seems in terms of reassuring his father. Anjali and Varad - they have similar traits. They may not have much of a role in the eyes of Niranjan and Maybe even shlok but, when it comes to getting practical it's Anjali and Varad who step in. They can stay controlled even under pressure, something that Shlok cannot (for Astha) and Niranjan cannot (for shlok). And then came Kalindi - the woman never gives up and I like her for that reason. Her feelings are understandable - there is at least one person to remind Aastha of her past experience with shlok. I want her to be reminded because I would like shlok to go back and apologise for everything!! The last scene between the tigress-honeypot-baby bear was very symbolic. Astha poor soul is in "no man's land" in terms of her feelings. Now the war is between shlok-Kalindi and shlok-Niranjan (eventually) all for his Astha. And Misti, I agree, Sid, Astha and Sojal will turn agonihotri planet into something else. Abhay and his mother are indeed very amusing to watch😆. They are going to eat each others brain out soon! I don't want Aastha to wait until Niranjan calls pest control again - hope she'll take care of it herself. 😆

Very nice review Myra..
Since U have updated early today so I am able to read it & reply it as well..
Well I was so awestruck with Shlok-Astha scenes today that I completely ignored the Bachcha-Baba hug scene..Thanks for highlighting it..Yes this scene was really worth watching..
I really felt for Anjali today..No one really knows the real person behind her..She was equally concerned but she didnt receive a hug..sad..Hope the day comes early when Shlok will start respecting his mother & call her 'aai' rather than Mrs.Agnihotri..
The last scene between Kalindi & Astha was also interesting..
