It takes hard work and Commitment in Business to have a chance of success, and in any Business a confused Manager/ Boss will soon alienate clients/customers. yes it is true guys like Nikhil really get washed up but like this because they want to show him grown up when with Laajo choices he will make from now onwards in life will be something that would shape him as a man in future. Well at least I hope so .but right now yes he is typical confused rich spoilt kid...with some past demons..
