Totally agree do they not have a brain y raghav all of a sudden is coming to their aid.

It think Vittal may doubt n if tat Manda will see she will surely doubt n go n tell tat Neetu...

Might be because Raghav has helped them in more ways than one before.Be it paying for the hotel bill or giving the job to Kalpana at Kamla's insistence.

Besides Kamla and co are quite simple.Wouldn't look any further into a thing until it is staring them right in the face.

Besides both Kamla and Vitthal have immense respect for Raghav.Didn't in an earlier episode Kamla points out to Kalpana that "Raghav baba bahut acche insaan hain".And more than that she trusts him a lot.

It might be probable that they might be thinking that Raghav is just helping them in good faith.
