India's freedom in 1947 was resulted because of - win of non violence, Do you agree? oresle do you think it was a stratergic / political reason why we were freed?

I dont agree that we got independence just because of non violence. Our freedom struggle was started many years before non violence movement began.

I think the Britishers were wore down ruling the country as the freedom movement was gathering huge proprotions and it was getting difficult for the Britishers to rule with authority, combined with world pressure on them to give us freedom.

Can I agree more!.. and generations think non voilence alone can do wonders.. Our freedom was attributed to many factors.. not jsut non violence.

We got freedom when there was nothing left to loot and a nation was divided.

I do not think anshu that we got freedom because of non-violance. I am completely against violence but here I think we would have never gotten freedom if Subhash Chand bose & other freedom fighters were not there. Sometimes I feel very bad as the people who sacrificed their life are not given their due & it's all credited to non-violance of Gandhi ji. I do salute all our known and unknown freedom fighters.

And tbh...The gaining of independance didn't do any wonders!

The birtish didnt just leave they messed it up gud an proppa which i agree with u yosh an sweta u couldnt have said it better... but even today things havent changed might have calmed down but attacks happen all the time gangs an that attacking indians in most places grr will never stop ..... and about none non violence erm i dont agree with that aswell coz people fought bak i mean they could have stayed there for ages could have ruled it not like most of england was in india..... there could be lots of stories that are hidden from the public to wat really happened but as people say it was due to non violence which that i dont believe its like being bullied at skool the bully picks on him an the person dont say nothing he dont hit bak or nothing but the only way toooo to make it stop is to stand up to them... thats wat india did stood up too the gore an kicked them out of india

and just wanted to leave and have nothing to do with it anymore
