I'd also like to add, that I think it's disgusting to see two sisters fighting for one man. I know for a fact, if my sister loved a guy, I would never go for him or look at him the wrong way. Even if I loved a guy, my sister wouldn't start to love him. That's just gross, and complete bull-shit. It's not normal for any two sisters to love the same guy, it's disgusting. I hope she doesn't keep repeating this story line, its so weird to me. Theirs plenty of men out there, no need for two sisters to love the same man.

Exactly! But sadly, it seems like, Ekta tends to feel and believe this is the only formula that supposedly works, hence she keeps using the same drawn storyline for every dang character ! It's pretty pathetic too, you know. I mean, can't she for once use a creative storyline ? Something different? Does it always have to be abt money and trp ? It's torturous for us viewers (which I feel is her intent) and also, waste of talent of actors acting the parts . She uses the same old formula every time! :|

I know, it is so weird to me. It's weird how Ovi still wanted to be with him, after knowing he loved Purvi. Like no normal woman would marry a guy that is in-love with his sister. She totally slaughtered the Arvi story-line, and that's why I don't have much respect for them. I would have rather saw Purvi and Onir together if anything. That is also probably why Asha and Rithvik left the show, because their story-line was slaughtered, and their love didn't seem pure anymore because so many people came between their love.

Ekta did the same thing in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, she constantly shows Ram and Priya getting seperated, and then this process of them getting back together. It is the most annoying thing to ever watch, like couples get into problems in their relationships, but its so retarded to show them be separated so many different times, and showing them getting back together. They lose their purity in my eyes, and it gets boring. Just as if you see a couple that you know in real-life constantly fighting, leaving each other for a long period of time and getting back together, you just think that this couple is a wreck, its hard to keep rooting for them. I think Ekta should only work on 2-3 serials at a time, maybe then she'll be able to have different and more interesting story-lines.

She needs to be given a time limit for her serials to run. Like say 6 months max. That way, she would be forced to stick to logical grounds when writing a story, than throw us rubbish story lines and continue the divide and unity for years! Poor actors, they give Soo much of their time and effort to build the characters and tie the story together.. Only to get thrown off to a whole diff track and emotional rollercoasters.. I'm sure, they too must be anticipating this move of hers in her storyline and just as they were getting into the romance part of their character, they have to switch planes . Sigh it's like watching a realllyyy long tennis game ! Lol.

And her other show on Sony, the one u mentioned, I swear ! What's up with that! The actors have had age leaps in the story and still are having to live a story line of a teenager. Where breakups and makeups seem like a normal part of life . Smh.

She loses the dignity side of the story and characters. By the time the older couples unite, to complete their storyline their kids are getting married!! Hahah. You ever hear stories like these? Prob in celebrity lives, not your own middle/upper middle class arena :)

Yeah for sure! The only other serials I like are Veera, and Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon ( thankfully they are not by Ekta) , and I also like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein right now, but I just really hope she doesn't mess that serial up.

Lol! Yea, my aunt is hooked into YHM. But when I learnt it's from ekta, I sighed. Seriously, we always pray and hope she doesn't do another 'Ekta' of her serial, but, unfortunately it always ends up being so, same old trick and storyline :| this, I'm suspect too, wont be spared. It's a pity actually, since my aunt gets Soo happy talking abt the show to me. Sigh.. We can only hope, she is sane with this serial.

somewhat agree...
seriously in all fekta's shows, the lead herione marries atleast 2 men. thats common. gets preggo before marraige with their prem ki nishani , then makes number of tyaags in the name of bhalayi.

and by the time the leads unite theirs kids are already 20. then whats the use? bhudaape mein milne ka kya faayda? saari jawaani toh nikal gayi na...😉
