A post on the forum got me on thinking mode and I agree with the content of the post what Abhay is doing by making JM marry to her father look alike is DISGUSTING. Well, most of us have our opinion as to why a character that was mature and considerate in his attitude and who responded with respect to women changed so drastically DISGUSTING and that too once the re-entry was planned.😔 Well as expected, it was an opportunity to pounce on Abhay's character because he was admired by many.
But I agree what Abhay is doing or meaning to do as per the promo is ABSOLUTELY DISGSUTING because Abhay does know now Madhu is RK's daughter and he knows what RK looked like.😡 Hats off to the CVs for conceiving such DISGUSTING idea, did they even the think of the impact it is going to have on the viewers who will be shocked beyond believe on such an act from a well -mannered caring character? The impact of seeing the daughter tricked to marry her father's look alike? How did they come up with such DISGUSTING trickery, didn't they even consider that what they are considering is DISGUSTING?😲 Obviously not ... but why?
Well the answer is so there in front of you... the polls, the demand for DVD as a pair in MB season 2 too. Yup yup, there are the variant platitudes and justifications about the rightness of JM falling for her father look alike because she doesn't know what her father looked like. There is also the theory that JM is the abandoned child that Radhaji got from the steps of the temple, the one she made to look like her bahu with the intensity of her wish for her to be her pothi!!! Well seeing some who wanted DVD romance this season too on the post that said Abhay was DISGUSTING, surprised me.😕
Funny !!! Do one even understand that the post is a boomerang on the DVD romance in MB2' supporters? The viewers of the show( at this juncture of the show) know that Madhu is RK's daughter, they know what her father looked like... still they want VD nd DD romance in season 2!!! So does the D' word apply to them or rather their wish too? ( and Abhay is a mere fictional character!!!)
If the logic of JM not knowing her father's face should make it acceptable for the viewers to accept the daughter romancing father look alike, then by the same logic how can Abhay be called DISGUSTING (but make no mistake, I do find his action DISGUSTING), because he does know that the one marrying JM is not her father and so yeah it is NOT INCEST.😳 I say the DVD romance in MB2' supporters should actually be thanking the character of Abhay for such DISGUSTING action because by this very act he has brought or forced DVD to be a couple, earning sympathy for the pairing from at least a few who would not have been comfortable and rejected them if the pairing happened as a normal love story.
Well I still don't happen to be in the above said few. I find the action of Abhay DISGUSTING, so too the romance of daughter and father look alike. Once the makers introduced DD's character as the daughter of RishBala, they should have kept DD nd VD on parallel tracks and not as couples, else they should have gone for the reincarnation track like Om Shanti Om.
True what is happening is not incest, yet it is the closest to that in the sense of perception.
Bravo to those whose perception of social right and wrong' is broader than mine, who are in league with Abhay, for his act fulfils their dream... I am out of here yet again.
PS: I have my doubts about the validity of the marriage, where JM is being married of to someone other than the one she had given consent to marry. More so, if the guy is mentally challenged. But, yeah in the Tele soap such legalities do not apply
