I was going through a few scenes last evening. I wanted to mention a few things on the same. I dont remember any post about them, so sharing my 2 cents here.
I would like to Thank the amazing Cinematography Team of Beintehaa. Starting from Bhopal to the amazing picturization of Zain & Aliya in their scenes. For me, the whole Bhopal shoot looked like a mini movie. The clarity, the colors, the camera angles, everything added to the scenes. And recently, the scenes for Zain & Aliya have been so beautifully captured. 2 scenes impressed me the most. The shirt changing scene. They had only one angle for that, and they managed to show it in such a simple manner. The other scene is the sponge bath. They had it in an entire take from the side angle. I dont think it would have looked this beautiful if it was done in the normal way. Showing only part of Preetika and Harshad's faces, but their expressions, their eyes, the closeness seemed so enhanced because of the camera work. Truly, they have captured them in the most beautiful way possible.
Directors: I don't know if they have only 1 director or more. But whoever he is or they are, excellent work. It shows how much your effort has worked in the way the scene has come out. You have excellent support from the cast members, who do their part of acting to the T, at least as much as they can. The scenes have come out really really amazing for the show. If the cinematography has come out this good, you are part of the reason too. All my appreciation to you.👏 But please do keep an eye on the bloopers on the show.😆Some are way too obvious.
I also LOVE how you all have been doing actual outdoor shoots. Even small scenes, like Aliya following Rocky, it could have been done on a set-made road cross, etc. But it seems have been shot during actual traffic. And the latest promo shows an actual railway station too. Keep going with that. I dont want this to change to the set wala artificial locations after 2-3 months. The very usage of the original locations makes it perfect.
Video & Audio editors: Splendid job is being done for most part from their part. I love how there are no unncessasry staring match, slow motion zooms in the show unless its very much required for the scenes. It helps in the pace of the show. Although some requests would be please dont use that BI song from Race 2. You have beautiful music from your team, please make use of that or make new ones. We are all ears.😆
I always felt tempted to mention this somewhere. It takes great effort to make a scene perfect. They all have contributed so much and the past 2 weeks have been splendid. If I missed out mentioning anyone feel free to add them as well. Whether someone from the show reads this or not, I think the whole team deserves the appreciation.👏👏👏
