Speculatins are there that Kareena was also considered to essay the role of Queen for which Kangana got a fresh & a very strong lease of professioal life to portray it in a mid blowing way.
The director and producer of the movie strictly on the record denied all these news ... but come to think of it, what u have to say, could Kareena play the lead role in QUEEN and gave it what KAnagan has done.

Yes she can pull of anything , she should stop playing safe. She usually shines in out of the box roles.

I dont think anyone could have done it better than Kangna.

Kareena would have definitely done a phenomenal job, no doubt.

But i can't imagine anyone other than Kangna as Rani.

Look every actor has his or her own way of pulling off a role.

These kind of questions don't really have an answer. ESPECIALLY when an actor NAILS a role so completely, why even question if Kareena, Deepika, Pryanka, Kajol, Madhuri, or anyone else could have done it better?

We'll never know.

All we'll know is that Kangana nailed it and let's leave it at that.

Kareena's already going through a weak phase and people don't necessarily remember how good she can be coz her last good performance was a while ago.

So no point of such a discussion

Kareena's face and built looks too matured for just out of college, naive girl from "Dally"/Delhi.

Yes..I think she would have..Kareena is a fantastic actress when it comes to playing spontaneous characters..And I honestly think as good as Kangana was in Queen there are many other actresses including Kareena who would have pulled that role out with the same finesse..may be better..with lesser or no mumbling..

Kareena is a fabulous actress but I can't imagine anyone else playing Rani 😊 It was like tailormade for Kangana and she shone so brightly. I think Kareena would've probably done a different take of the character or something but there is also the obvious fact that she wouldn't have done the film in the first place because she only works with friends And of course, we'll never know who would've done it better - I just know it wouldn't suck if Kareena were in it. 😆
