If mannu goes back to ratan

If mannu goes back to ratan, what will happen to the legality of his adoption by Jagya?

Mannu cannot go back to Rat so easily. They can show Ganga handing him over without legal paperwork (I still believe that in end Mannu will remain with Ganga). Another option is review of adoption papers because Rat can say that he was made to sign by force or by misinformation - Jagya cannot contest if he want bone marrow from Rat. However, considering how tracks in BV are planned - there is very little possibility of Mannu going to ratan.

Mannu won't be going back to Ratan. It will not go well with viwers and Trps will fall drastically. All this is purely for dramas sake.

Courts cannot force anyone to donate an organ/bone marrow. Such donations are voluntary though we know that money is a part of such donations (like kidney) even though it is illegal and amount to selling of one's body part.

I don't care about legality of situation neither do the CVs! I think Mannu may not go back to Ratan. After some high drama, ratan may have a change of heart and give mannu back to Ganga.

But say in reality if this scenario was to happen Ratan would have to file legally for Mannus adoption. But court wouldn't grant him adoption yet may command him to donate BM.

Court may ask him as a humanitarian gesture but cant command him.

Ratan is a natural father. Is it necessary for natural parents to adopt their own children?

I think the child's name can be changed without going through one more adoption. And Jagya may voluntarily give up his claims.

Interesting. BV is throwing up many questions without giving us proper answers.

BV will not give any answer. They rarely inform about correct legal position (I appreciate though that they included legality of child marriage correctly, even in adoption case they followed law - otherwise in films/serial world, Mannu would have automatically become Jagya's child when Ganga married Jagya), more than adoption - if they do not show correct legal position about rape victim, people should file a complaint.

I feel still 1 % chances of mannu going to ratan because after leap they can show something different and can bring ratan whenever they want and story filled with ratan becomes interesting ratan might make mannu hating jagan and all story can have potential after leap just my logic why they are bringing ratan hmm i dun feel redemption of ratan
