The new promo of Tumhari Pakhi has to be by far one of the best and most symbolic promos of the show ever. It starts with somebody putting "Bhaang Ki Goli" in two glasses of "Tandai" and Anshuman (Iqbal Khan) and Pakhi (Shraddha Arya) consuming the same. We see Anshuman and Pakhi in a very playful mood running, actually Pakhi running from Anshuman so that he wouldn't succeed in coloring her but Anshuman catches up with Pakhi and puts the RED color on her. Not only is the promo symbolic but it is also a testimony of the love and passion between the couple. Anshuman may be denying that he is not in love with Pakhi, but his actions, his words, body language everything speaks otherwise. He can go on and give their relationship names like "Humanity", "Friendship" etc but the truth is that he has fallen for Pakhi and all that is left if for him to accept it to himself and to Pakhi.
Anyways coming back to the Promo the playful running shows the joy they two experience when with each other and like they say when in a state of inebriation you tend to speak the truth and the thoughts placed in your subconscious somehow makes their way through. Anshuman feels happy, content, calm, relaxed etc when with Pakhi and that is exactly what we see in the promo. Being in love, Pakhi has always experienced it but this is new for Anshuman and we can see how much he is reveling in it.
We also see that Anshuman is trying to catch Pakhi, when she is running and he eventually succeeds this can also be symbolic of how in the future when Pakhi decides to leave Anshuman, he will catch hold of her and never let go.
After catching hold of Pakhi and pulling her towards him, Anshuman put's the color Red on Pakhi starting from her head and during this time the entire frame goes into a Black and White mode with the highlight being the "Red Color". Since Anshuman starts with Pakhi's head it can be taken as symbolic for applying "Sindoor" (Like shown in the episode tonight, which by the way was perfectly done). Anshuman has always filled Pakhi's Maang with the sindoor but that was on her request but in the promo when he puts the color on her or in the episode when he fills her Maang there is no request, no pressure he willingly and happily does it. Plus the passion and love with which Anshuman puts the color on his wife as seen in the promo sheds light on the feeling of oneness experienced by the two.

Apart from the Blue color that is arranged in a platter, Anshuman's Kurta also has the color Blue in it (From the Holi of course). Blue is the color of "Love" which is exactly what Anshuman is experiencing now. Blue is symbolic for trust, faith, understanding, stability and loyalty which was missing from Anshuman's part of the relationship. But now that the color is smeared on Anshuman, we can say that these traits will soon follow on his behalf.
The second color shown is Yellow, which is the color of happiness, warmth and optimism. Happiness and warmth is there for all to see the only thing missing from the relationship is optimism and that too from, Anshuman's part which will soon follow once he realizes that this was always meant to be.
The third color is Red, which is applied by Anshuman on Pakhi. We already mentioned the almost Sindoor connection but the color basically symbolizes strong emotions like passion, sensitivity etc it also represents LIFE which can mean that in the near future the relationship of Anshuman and Pakhi will definitely get a new lifeline.
Unlike Anshuman who has the color Blue on him, Pakhi is devoid of any color, it's Anshuman who adds colors to her which can be interpreted as him being the only one in her life who can add color to it. Both Anshuman and Pakhi are in white, which symbolizes purity, innocence and wholeness which is what the two together represent.
Coming to Tanya who says "Jee bhar ke khel lo Pakhi, Anshuman ke sath tumhari yeh aakhri holi hai", well Tanya being Tanya will not stop till she knows that she does not stand a chance. She is going to keep trying to get Pakhi out of Anshuman's life but like the start of the Promo this time it's Anshuman who will see to it that Mrs. Rathore stays with him.
