Kesar Update for Monday (09-12-05)

Abhi arrives at Harman's engagement party and bumps into Reema and Shalini who ask him where he hid the papers. He refuses to tell them anything.

Reema and Shalini tell Vikram that they have to talk to him, Pam, and Rudra about the papers and ask him to meet her outside.

Abhi congratulates Harman and Riya. Harman asks Riya whether she knows Abhi. Riya tells him that he has been a family friend. Harman tells her that today he is not going to introduce Abhi as Kesar's ex-husband but as his close friend. Rudra tells him that Abhi is known for befriending those people from who he could get something. Harman tells him that there is nothing wrong in that, as he may also get something from Abhi in return for his friendship.

Abhi goes up to Dadaji and Dadi and seek their blessings. Dadaji then asks him about the papers. Abhi assures them that he wouldn't do anything wrong.

Kesar's parents ask her whether everyone at home found out about the papers. Kesar tells them that she had to tell them that truth, as Reema told them about the papers. She tells them that she spoke to Abhi about it and he promised to return the papers. Kesar's mom tells her that Abhi is a true friend. Kesar looks away.

Abhi is unable to meet Kesar's eye so he goes out of the party. Kesar joins him and asks him about the papers. He asks her as to how did everyone find out. She tells him that she had to tell them everything but didn't tell them the price he asked from her in return for those papers, as they wouldn't b able to take it. He then tells her to meet him outside a few minutes after he leaves the hall and then he would give her the papers.

Reema tells Vikram, Rudra, and Pam about the papers being with Abhi. Rudra tells them that the papers are with her not with Abhi but Reema tells him that they are with Abhi now. Pam tells him that Kesar told them that as well and asked them not to tell him. Reema then tells them that Kesar asked Abhi for those papers but he asked her to spend one night with him in return for the papers. Rudra shouts at her but she tells him that it is true and that Kesar agreed to this because she was so helpless. Rudra is furious and is about to go to Abhi when Vikram and Pam stop him.

Everyone is dancing and having a great time except for Abhi, Rudra, and Kesar. Abhi then steps out. He goes to the doghouse where he hid those papers but is unable to get them, as he gets bitten on his leg by the dog. Rudra, then, appears in front of him, with a very angry look on his face.
