Leaves @ Mannu's cancer track - If they show Mannu's cancer track like what happens in real world then people will turn away because it is just wayyy too painful sight to see a child suffering from cancer and the parents going through the trauma of seeing their child in pain hurting not only for themselves but for their child too
I feel rightly they are focusing on the family and how it reacts in a traumatic situation like this. So far what they have shown about the family an it's reactions they are quite believable.If they show anything more than what they have shown it becomes too depressing.
Jagya and Ganga are going to RAT does seem gross.Even in real life parents who have a child who needs Bone marrow transplant go to extreme lengths.They try to have another child in order to find a matched donor for their existing child.Can you accept that?Parents viewing their own child as nothing but an organ donor to their existing child????Very sad but it happens.
There are people who sell their whole property to get their child treated unmindful of the fate of their other children.
Compare to that Jagya and Ganga requesting Rat who is a biological father to Mannu for help doesn't sound all that bad.
Through Mannu's cancer track they are showing what all a family will do to get Mannu's good health back.

As for Sanchi it is more of an emotional trauma than physical trauma.She needs an anchor to help her heal emotional wounds and not all men are like Saurabh who violate the trust placed in them.
She already started to keep herself occupied with social service which will help her.She always landed herself in trouble by not heeding to the well meaning advice from her family so now she accepted family wish in good faith.The process is right it is just that it is a bit hurried.
But so many tracks even though they were well meaning they were hurried a lot.
