The vastraharan in Starbharat is now understandable from Duryodhan's perspective. In his 'evil' mind I'm sure it's more than justified. What would be interesting is Bhishma's views on this and Drona's, if the CVs remember to show him during the dice game.

But yeah even in those times I'm sure a woman's so called misdeeds were not avenged by stripping her, but rather by defeating her husband, which would make more sense.
