April 16 (Mon):

Begins with Suppiah screaming at Sneha and Divakar. Suppiah gets on an auto and leaves. Sneha becomes frightened but Divakar tells her not to be afraid and that he will take care of the matter. He tells Sneha to leave. As soon as Sneha leaves, Divakar calls someone (muted dialog). Suppiah is in the auto and some goondas stop the auto and beat up Suppiah. A policeman comes there and the goondas run off. The policeman helps Suppiah. The goondas a met by Divakar and is told about them beating up Suppiah and since a policeman came they had to run off. Divakar tells them to go and leaves.

Saro brings Sulo to her mother's house and introduces them. Saro's mom tells Sulo about Etiraaj killing her husband and the suffering they had to endure in his hands. She also tells Sulo that she got Saro married to Gopi because she wants Saro to separate Ethiraaj from his son and the others and make him suffer like they did. She also tells Sulo that she knows about Saro's promise to Sulo and that it will be done, and there is no doubt about that. In come Jeganathan (Rukku's brother) and is introduced as Ethiraaj's brother. Jegan says that he is also waiting to take revenge on Ethiraaj because he lost his daughter about 30 years ago (I think that girl is Durga!). Sulo is happy that she is not alone in her mission to avenge Ethiraaj.

Rukku is getting ready to serve breakfast and Ganapathy comes to eat. Rukku serves him and Jeeva comes there and as usual throws words at them. She tells Rukku to serve her 'husband' and not Ganapathy as her attai is there to serve him. Rukku and Ganapathy get angry and Ganapathy tells Rukku to mind her words because it may very well turn against her. He continues to say that he can get Jeeva out of the house if he wants too and the only thing that stops him from doing so is because of his son. Jeeva says he can turn her out from the house but not from her husband's heart. Kalyani comes down and tells Rukku that she does not want any breakfast but to send lunch. Kalyani asks where Gopal is and Jeeva says he had gone to get grocery. While they are talking,a lady comes crying. Kalyani asks what the matter is and the lady says that her husband is having an illicit affair with a co-worker and that has been foing on for years. She has just seen it with her own eyes and when asked, the husband said that he cannot leave the affair. Kalyani get angry and tells the women not to cry and that she should have killed them when and where she had seen them. Kalyani goes on to say that if it was her she would not cry and would have killed both throgies instantly. Jeeva looks at Ganapathy and Rukku. Kalyani goes on to say that she is lucky to have a husband who treats his wife as a goddess and is very faithfull. She tells the lady that Ganapathy will go and talk to her husband because only he has the thaguthi to talk because he is a faithfull husband. She then tells Ganapathy that they will go to the lady's house as soon as she comes back from work. She then leaves for work taking the lady with her. Jeeva tells both Ganapathy and Rukku that it is still not to late for them to decide what is good for all of them and leaves. Ganapathy and Rukku look at each other. THODARUM.

April 19(Thurs):

It is morning and Jeeva is taking coffee to Gopal. She is surprised to see the room empty and no sign of Gopal or his belongings. She comes out puzzled. Rukku comes there and asks her why is she bringing back the coffee meant for Gopal. She tells Jeeva that Gopal is not coming back. She says that there is a price for everything and Gopal seeing 10 laks, accepted and has left. Jeeva is shocked at this news. Kalyani comes there and asks Jeeva where Gopal is and Rukku tells Kalyani that Gopal has left and give her speech about how they did not trust her and trusted a stranger and let him into the house. She also tells Jeeva to search the house to see if he has stolen anything. Ganapathy comes there and joins in. While they are talking, Gopal comes in with a briefcase. Both Rukku and Ganapathy are shocked. Kalyani asks where he has been, and Gopal says that he had gone to the hotel where he was staying earlier to check out. He then give th briefcase to Kalyani saying that there is 10 laks in it and that is a kanikai for them because they had taken care of Ruku while he was away. Kalyani gets upset and refuses but Gopal ttells Rukku to deposit hte money in the children's names. Kalyani is so moved by this gesture that she chides Rukku for bad mouthing him. Kalyani hands over the briefcase to Jeeva and asks her to leave it in the closet. All this is watched by Sujatha. Kalyani then asks Sujathat if everything is ready for prayers and they leave. After everyone has left the scene, Jeeva goes to Rukku and Ganapathy and says that some would do anything to maintain the trust in them even if it is at the expense of their live and goes away.

Kalidas is ironing. Both Jeeva and Gopal come visiting. Kalidas greets Jeeva and then greets Gopal as Gurumoorthy. Gopal corrects him and says it is now Gopal. They then tell Kalidas about the incident that happend. Kalidas advises them to be carefull as is seems that both Rukku and Ganapathy are willing to go to any extend to keep their alliance a secret. He also apologizes to Gurumoorthy for using him in their scheme to get Rukku out of Ganapathy's life and house. Both Jeeva and Gopal says that they too are willing to face anything to achieve their goal. Kalidas tells them to leave separately so that no one sees them together and also coming to his house as this will surely jeopardise their plan.

Gopi is looking at some files and his father comes there and asks if Ramaiah has arrived with some client. Gopi says not yet and starts telling his father about his argument with his wife. Ethiraaj says not to worry as he would take care of the matter. Ramaiah arrives with two men. One of the men wants Ethiraaj to help him to vacate his land which was given to some settlers by his grandfather some 15-20 years ago. The man and his partner want to get rid of the settlers and build a 5-star hotel. As the settlers refuse to leave and accept the settlement offered by him, he is seeking Ethirraj's help in driving out the settlers. Gopi listening to this tells his father not to accept the money. He goes on to say that they have committed too many sins and not to add to it anymore. Ramaiah tells Gopi to keep quiet as his father is talking but Gopi tells off the men and ask them to leave as they are not taking the job. Both men get upset and decides to leave. Etiraaj tells Ramaiah to take Gopi inside. Gopi protests but no use. Ramaiah takes hin in. Ethiraaj apologizes to the men and tells them he will take care of their matter and to leave the money on the table, the men become happy and leave. Ethiraaj starts thinking. THODARUM.

April 20 (Fri):

I did not see the first scene, due to some error in recording. If someone can add the first part.

2nd Scene - Ramaiah and the Kuppam leader meet the makkals there. Kuppam makkals refuse to acknowledge him as the reprsentateive of the owner. They say they are the owners because they have been living there for almost 20 years and that the land was given by a good man to them. Ramaiah tells them to leave the kuppam and that they would be compensated. The makkals refuse and chase Ramaiah and the leader away. Ramaiah threatens that Ethiraaj would then use force but the makkals tell him to do what ever they want but they will not leave their home. Ramaiah and the leader leave.

Rukku is thinking about her predicaments. Ganapathy comes there and tells her that their anniversary is around the corner and that he had arranged for a special pooja. He had also bought her a new saree. He wants her to tie that saree and go with him for the pooja. Rukku is upset and asks Ganapathy for how long do they have to hide and do this pooja. Ganapathy says that it is not new as they have been doing so in the past years. He some how convinces Rukku to come. Gopal hears this conversation without their knowledge.

Gopal meets Jeeva and tells him the news about Ganapathy and Rukku's anniversary. Jeeva get angry and tells Gopal to stop them from going to the pooja at any cost. They plan that Gopal should give a saree to rukku and tell her that they have to go to the temple for some prayers. Jeeva says she will keep her FIL from coming home early that day. Gopal says Rukku will not accept the saree if he gives it to her but will ask Kalyani to give instead. Gopak goes with a package to Kalyani and asks her to give it to Rukku. He says that it is a new saree he has bought for Rukku and that he wants her to wear it and go to the temple with him the next day as he has arranged a special pooja for their 'anniversary'. Kalyani is happy and takes the saree to Rukku. Both Jeeva and Gopal smile at each other. THODARUM

April 23 (Mon):

Dhanraaj comes to meet the kuppam makkal and they talk. Dhanraaj tells the people not to give in to Ethiraaj and his araajagam. He also tells them that he will help them at any cost. He says that he will meet some high level lawyers and fight for their rights. He also warns them that Ethiraaj might send some goondas to beat them up, and to be careful. The kuppam makkals are happy that Dhaanraj is there to help them. Dhaanraj takes leave.

Kalidass comes downstairs and sees Sivagami sitting in a corner crying. He goes to he and enquires the reason for her sorrow. Sivagami tells her about Suppiah being beatn up by some goondas and his critical condition. She then tells her suspicion on Sneha and Divakar. Kalidass is surpirsed and asks the reason for suspicion and Sivagami relates Suppiahs meeting with her and about Sneha-Divakar liason. She then asks Kalidass to investigate the matter without RS knowledge. She also says if Sneha is found to have done it, not the spare her. Kalidas says okay and tells Sivagami to go upstairs and be with Aparna and his child to forget her sorrows.

Saro is in her mother's house serving coffee. Dhanraj comes there and tells them about th kuppam makal and her FIL's involvement. He continues to tell her that Gopi is not keen on this matter and for Sato to take this opportunity to separate both father and son. HE tells Saro to bring Gopi out of the house with her as this will definitely breal Ethiraaj's heart. Saro promises to do just that and leaves.

It is morning and Rukku and Ganapathy are in the pooja room. After doing the aarthi, Rukku falls at Ganapathy's feet and asks for his blessing. Ganapathy praises Rukku and says that she looks beautiful in the saree the gave her. Jeeva comes there and sees everything. Rukku comes out and sees Jeeva. Jeeva teases then says that even at this age, no korachal for romance. Jeeva tells Rukku that Kalyani is calling her. Rukku goes to Kalyani and Kalyani wishes her and give her a saree as gift. Rukku asks what it is for but Kalyani tells her to go war the saree. Rukku wears the saree and comes down. Rukku then asks Kalyani to tell her the reason for the gift. Kalyani then congratulates her on her wedding day and says her 'husband' gopal told her. She also says that the saree is from him. Rukku immediately denies that Gopal is her hushand and wants to remove the saree but Kalyani stops her and asks Jeeva to bring kunguman and asks Gopal to put kunguman on Rukku's forehead. Rukku gets agitated and warns Gopal that not to come near her and tells Kalyani if Gopal comes near her she will do something drastic. Kalyani scolds Rukku for being stubborn and leaves. Jeeva and Gopal kindal Rukku about her wedding day and Gopal tells Rukku that he overheard Ganapathy and she talking about their wedding day and thus the drama. Jeeva says she had made pal payasam for the occasion and wants her to join them and leave laughing. Rukku is upset and doesn't know what to do. THODARUM

April 26(Thurs):

Janani is being treated by the doctor. the doctor then says Janani is very weak and also very disturbed. She asks what happened to cause Janani's condition. Everyone keeps quiet and the doctor tells them to take good care of Janani and after writing some prescriptions, she leave. Kalidass tells Janani to take care of herself if she wants to be able to to bring Vijay up and care for her own baby. He also advises her to put off the decision for divorce right now and wait until the baby is born. He takes leave and asks Babu and Gowri to follow him. Before leaving he requested both the parasites to take care of Janani, and they agree. After he leaves both of them look at each other and say they will definitely take care!

Rukku brings Sujatha out and both talk. Rukku asks Sujatha to help her by asking her father to find out about Gopal. Sujatha asks why and Rukku says that he is not her husband but nobody will listen. If she finds the truth, then she can expose Gopal and get him out. Sujatha asks why not go to the police to which Rukku replies, at this age she does not want to be questioned by police and embarrased/insulted as this would being shame to Kalyani's family. Sujatha agrees and asks what is her problem with Jeeva and Rukku says she will tell when the time comes. Sujatha thins for a while "I am agreeing to this because I want you and that Jeeva out of the house so that I can start my rajiyam".

Saro tells Gopi that Ethiraaj is still going thru with getting the kuppam makkal out and what he is going to do about it. Gopi says he will take to his father. Meantime, Ramaih bring the two men to meet Ethiraaj and Ethiraaj tells them not to meet him in the house. He says that he will do the job in two days time. Gopi comes there and tells the men that his father will not do the job and for them to get out. the men get angry. Ethiraaj also gets angry and tells Gopi to keep quiet. Gopi fights back and says if Ethiraaj doesn't stop it, he will leave the house and asks Saro to pack up. Ethiraaj gets upset and tells him not to leave and that he will give the money back and stop his activity. He tells the men to go back and that their money will reach them. The men leave angry. Gopi and Saro are happy to hear this and go upstairs. Ethiraaj then tells Ramaiah quietly to call his men and take care of the kuppam makkal but no one should know thye did it. Ramaiha calls and pays some men to beat up the kuppam makkal and chase then our and tell them to be careful and his or Ethiraaj name should not be mentioned. It is night and Ethiraaj's man beat up and chase the kuppam makkal an burn their homes. THODARUM.

April 27 (fri):

Dhanraj is with Saro's mom and Saro arrives there. Dhanraj relates the burning of the kuppam to Saro and accused Ethiraaj to be behind it. At first Saro says it cant be because Ethiraaj promised his son he will not do it. Dhanraaj then says tha Ethiraaj is very good in acting and says that it is now up to Saro to get Gopi out of the house. Saro agrees and leaves.

Sujatha meets goes to her parents house and tells hr father about her talk with Rukku. Her father agrees to find out more about Gopal despite protests from his wife. As usual both husband and wife argue about Sujatha's actions and Sujatha leaves after gettting her father's word on Gopal's matter.

Saro talks to Gopi and tells him about the Kuppan makkals and that Etiraaj is responsible for their misery. Ethiraaj is talking to Ramaiah. Both Saro and Gopi comes downstairs. Gopi yells at his father accusing him of burning the kuppan. Ethiraaj denies and says as he had refused to do the job, the landowner had paid someone else to do the job. He even says that if he had done the job the people ther ewould have got some compensation but now they had to leave without anything. He also says that he knows who is instigating him and tells him not to simply listen to others. Gopi goes from there with Saro staring.

Rukku asks Sujatha is she had talked to her dad and Sujatha says that they will know soon. She then asks where Gopal is, and Rukku tells her he had gone out early that morning. Sujatha then sugests that Rukku goes into the room and search for some clue to who he really is but Rukku doesn't want to go in, so Sujatha decides to go and do the searching. She asks where Jeeva and Kalyani are and is told that Kalyani is in her room and Jeeva is somewhere downstairs. Rukku tells her to be careful and Sujatha enters Gopal's room. Jeeva sees this and peeps into the room and sees Sujatha searching the room. Jeeva quickly goes to Kalyani and tells her that Sujatha is rummaging through Gopals things and searching for something. Kalyani doesn't believe at first, but after much persuasion, she follows Jeeva. In the meantime, Sujatha finds a Gopal's diary and a visiting card with the name Gurumoorthi on it and and address, she takes the card and is putting the sheets back when both Kalyani and Jeeva enters. Sujatha is shocked but hides her feelings well. Kalyani wants to know what she is doing in the room when Gopal is not there. she also tells that Jeeva saw Sujatha entering the room and informed her. Sujatha gets angry and asks why can't she go into the room as she is also the DIL and has the right to clean the room or look for stuff. Rukku comes there and asks what is the matter and Kalyani relates the issue on hand. Rukku blames Jeeva is at first trying to get Rukku into trouble and now Sujatha and asks why is Jeeva trying to get both Rukku and Sujatha into trouble with Kalyani. Jeeva is unablet o say anything. Rukku then says that she was having a severe headache and her prescription was missing and Sujatha has volunteered to look for it, hence her entry into Gopal's room. Rukku then asks Sujatha is she found it but is told no. Kalyani then apologizes to both of them and tells Jeeva not to jump to conclusions and at the same time embarrass her. Jeeva is stumped an they leave. Sujatha then tells Rukku about the visiting card and that they should visit this Gurumoorthi and find out about Gopal. THODARUM.

April 30 (Mon):

Suja takes Rukku to see her father. They give him the visiting card and Suja's father promises to find out about Gopal. He also asks if they have a photograph and Rukku tells him they can find the one Gopal showed to them - Gopal with Rukku in wedding attire. Rukku then tells Suja's parents that when gopal is exposed and sent out, she will hand over all responsibilities to Suja but Suja's mother tells Rukku that Suja is still your - Suja cuts in and says that she is no longer a little girl and tells her mom to be quiet. Finally Rukku tells Suja's father to hurry and get info about Gopal and leave.

Kalidass goes to Divakar's house and questions him about Suppiah. At first Divakar talks about some other suppiah in his home town. Kalidas mentions about RS man servant and Divakar admits knowing him and about him being hospitalized. Divakar is so tensed but answers Kalidass' questions. Kalidass is not convinced and tells Divakar so and says he will be back. After Kalidass leaves, Divakar says to himself that eventhought the investigations have begun with him it will surely end with Sneha.

At ganapathy's house, Jeea is sitting down worried and Gopal comes in. She tells him about Suja searching his room. They go in and Gopal finds his visiting card missing. Gopal tells Jeeva that his card is missing and says that he must get to his house before Rukku and Suja goes there. He tells her he will go to his home and try to do something and meanwhile Jeeva says she will call Kalidass and ask his advise. Now they show Gopal in an auto hurrying to his home. On the other side, Suja's dad arrives first and enquires a neighbor about the address. he goes to the house and knocks the door. A man comes out and says he is Gopal and that it is his address. He then describes Gopal and the man says that gopal is a loner who had left his wife after marriage and goes from temple to temple. Suja's father thanks him and leaves. Gopal comes there and thanks the man. the man says it is Kalidass plan and he did it for him only and all for a good course. THODARUM
