I know that Kabir's pln is 2 take revenge on Guman.But is he really siing her 2 cause rift btw saras-Danny-Kusum 2 destroy her or he is just pretending 2 support her 2 separate them 2 get her trust?

Kabir is pretending to help Guman so that he can gain her trust. After he succeeds in that, he will take his revenge from Guman. Once Guman starts trusting Kabir, he will show her where she belongs. Kabir will make Guman realize that no matter what, she's just a tamashewaali.
