Surbhi Jyoti: I always make sure to sleep at least eight hours in a day. No matter how hectic is my schedule I make it a point to get a good sleep. If not at my place, I sleep in between my shots either on the set or in my car. I think for an actor sleep is very important or else you get dark circles and many more ailments.
