Someone comes to meet Shikha and Neeraj telling them that Shikha's doctor has sent the surgery file for her, and that he will keep her secret. Shikha is confused and says this man looks strangely odd. Neeraj asks her to get ready. Madhurima says that the work load is increasing and they need someone to handle her job with her as assistant MD. She proposes Adi's name. Jai and his sister say they why not Jai. Mananto says since Madhu's the MD, she'd decide. Madhu says Adi will be the Assistant MD.
Shikha sees the bracelet and remembers how Mahi would be crazy for bracelets and she found Shikha's bracelets boring. Neeraj asks if she is ready. She gets nostalgic that if she cannot meet them, she can send them something.
Mrs. Jagannath make Jai understand that till the time Mananto is there, no one would make distinction between the kids. Jai says he already has made a distinction by choosing Madhu as MD. His mother says no, he did fair voting...but she was chosen as the better one.
Shikha reaches Jagannath Office. Adi says he didn't pick up one call and she's so desperate that she came up. He calls the reception and says if Samaira comes, tell her he's busy. Moments later, the receptionist comes and Adi asks if she told Samaira. She tells him that Samaira came to meet Jai. Samaira goes to Jai to just talk about something. She commends that Jai and his sister have a good bond.
Samaira wonders, Adi is so restless because she ignored him. It's good, keep becoming restless. Samaira goes up to congratulate Adi for becoming Assistant MD. But this seems, that at home and at office, biwi is boss. But a real man doesn't get submissive to wife. She leaves Adi thinking.
Precap-- Mahi says that this is like the bracelet she once requested Shikha to get. Sometimes, it feels she is so near. I wish we had gone to meet her that day, she would have been with us.
