Ok there r 3 major evil entities circling around the story..
1. Thakur - wants to get Paro killed. rest is collateral damage.. He would enjoy killing Rudra, but not that bothered about it.
2. Mohini - wants Rudra killed. And hopeful she will get rid of Paro by either getting her killed or by getting her thrown in jail for murder charges
3. Laila - wants to kill Paro plain n simple. cz she thinks that if the little bride is gone, Rudra will be back to the janwar who she knew n understood n will come back to her.
Whoa that does look pretty diabolical and evil when i list it out!!😲
Ok anyway here is the game plan.
1. Thakur - He knows what he is doing and also the consequences as he knows the full picture. His only weak point is his wife who he has every intention of keeping in the dark.
2. Mohini - does not know anything about the background picture n pitching in and throwing her grenades. Now where these would hit n detonate or will they ricochet back and wreck havoc closer to home is yet to be seen. She is playing the most dangerous game cz she does not know what the stakes are!!
3. Laila - simple plan..simple execution. BUT her weakness is she cannot harm Rudra! She differs here from the other 2. She wants to make sure Rudra stays alive. While Mohini n Thakur don't mind the not so vital one also dying.
Also Laila operated alone n the other 2 r unaware of her agenda and her existence. while Mohini and Thakur have joined forces and r planning together. Of course Thakur is ahead in this as he knows the full picture where Mohini doesn't.
But on the other hand Mohini's plan ends with Rudra and Paro dying. Thakur's plan is really the continuation of the arms trade.
Anyway, from what I figured out after that costume statement confusion was cleared is this.
Mohini got Sumer to get 2 of the same dresses for Paro's haldi ceremony. And she plans to set fire to Dilsher's room wearing the duplicate dress of what Paro will be wearing.
And will allow others to see her running away from the room - maybe she is planning to get Sumer to take Paro in to an isolated place out of others eye so that no1 else can vouch for her being with them at the said time.
And Now Laila comes to the haldi ceremony. Applies the poisoned haldi on Paro's face, arms, neck n upper chest area and her full back. meaning she got Paro covered in that poison.
And there comes her weakness for Rudra which makes her give away what she has done to Paro!
And Rudra in his panic drags Paro away from the spectators and rushes inside, to get the poison off her skin. He has to get her wet AND its best to maybe push her under a shower. In any case I have a feeling that it ends with the dress being drenched and him ordering Paro to change her clothes. And she will.
Now this is the way Laila will completely destroy Mohini's plan..
This is kinda a prediction.. n it will be fun to watch, cz when 2 evils nullify each others plans its always a treat to the spectators!!
So question remains, will Mohini know ahead of time that Paro changed the dress n NOT set fire in the room? Or will she set fire to the room without knowing and arouse Rudra's and Paro's suspicion?
In any case if they want to take the show to the climax of the wedding, they can't have a funeral before it, meaning Dilsher being Rudra's father cannot die before.. So the attempt on his life by Mohini should be botched.

Its the wedding costume in duplicate,so while effigy of Paro wearing the second dress burns in Dilshers room ,the real Paro is handed over to Thakur, as promised.Paro is not missing as she herself set fire to herself and also burnt the room ,so noone would blame MohiniThats the plan I think as outlined by mohini to sumer
Apparently that line says - its 2 shadi ka jodas! So this is an awesome explanation to it!! 👏 I had trouble understanding that line as i couldn't hear it.. so its not haldi wala joda but the shadi ka one!!
lol in that case i have an idea.. what if Laila finds the 2nd joda n dresses herself in it (don't ask logical ques like dress size pls 😆 ) n she herself kidnaps Paro and dresses as the bride? 😛 then Mohini will give Thakur the Laila bride!! 😆
