Ok this is just a wild guess..

Raghav gave Kalpi the heart-shaped box inside which there was the colour red. Red is also the colour of vermillon. So could it be that during holi Raghav might drink bhang & accidentally put that red colour on Kalpi's forehead?

What do you guys think?

No.. that would be so cliched!! I felt it was just to show that his heart belongs to her now and red is color of Love. Also they will show that Raghav will play holi for Kalpi... He doesn't like colors...but Kalpi will fill his life with colors.

Raghav bhaag piya hoga.. Vo uss nashe me kuch bhi kar sakta hai.. Hua tho SR bhi kar sakta hai.. Kalpi bhi bhaang ki nashe me hogi.. Tho kuch bhi ho sakta hai...

That heart shaped box was meant that now he gave his heart to her forever... & that red color sign of LOVE... She will make his life colorful wid her LOVE 😳

But cv's r unpredictable... May be accidently he will put red color in her maang & then her granny will create an issue on this [;s]
