Rudra Pratap Ranawat is more Mohini's son than her own sons are.
At the Mehendi today I saw so much of his Mamisa/Kakisa Mohini in him. He cannot but help that he has double her genes in his blood. He is so like her in many ways.
His command at using a situation to his advantage and his play with words (which I love), 'is it burning still - the hand I mean' and the smirk that followed had me laughing. Mohini uses the same in the same ways.
I could see that she actually admired his cunning in managing to apply the 'Ritual Mehendi' on Paro's hands. If you notice he spoke only to her when he was doing so. He needs that connection as well as much as he denies it. And I am sure she secretly wishes she had a son like Rudra to make her proud.
If you look at either Rudra's father or mother, you will find less resemblance in either personality or brains there. The boy is a Mohini Jr. - male version. That is why even Dilsheer admits that only Rudra can leave her speachless. Mark my words - there is a love/hate relationship between the two. They love to hate each other.
I loved the way she asked him (hands folded and the wicked smile in place) if the BSD soldiers were going to be ordered by her or order her around. And Rudra's smile back to her (I feel with a hint of amusement at this battle of wills) accompanied the words 'I will be giving the orders as usual'.
As for me I like the Mohini/Rudra scenes as much as the Paro/Rudra scenes.
I know she is a negative character but I do like her play with words and attitute.
