U r entitled to ur opinion. However, a man can fall in love and not know about it until much later. Tho I don't think Rudra is in love yet either. Paro is intriguing to him. He's beginning to have some kind of feelings for her for sure. Maybe it's her steely resolve or her will. Remember the precap - he's ready to marry her if she doesn't sign the papers. And if he truly hated her no matter what - he would not go thru the wedding fake or real.

Ashish/Rudra's expressions are bang on. They are supposed to be a mixture of passion and softness.

As from what I see at this moment in time it is Paro who needs to show the conflict in her expressions, not him.

Remember she hates him right now more than he does.

He is supposed to look at her in this manner.

It is interesting to see this cat and mouse game being played by Rudra and Paro. But I do think the character of Rudra is not all in love with or cares about Paro the girl in any sense at this point in the story. I keep seeing posts about 'he' cares etc but I think in this case, at least the kind of character they have shown Rudra to have, it is not likely for him to fall in love easily and quickly. All this 'care' is not that but a sense of responsibility for someone who is under his care/ protection. Besides how can he fall in love... there is nothing that has changed in Paro since he got her home. She was a soft, nice woman then but a 'traitor' and she continues to remain so even now for him. There is no addition to Paro's background, no stories about her that are being revealed to him.

Sometimes I think Ashish Sharma's expressions become too soft, too moony, too lovestruck... at this point the director and story writer must take care and not show him falling in love with Paro. It would too soon according to me... It best to keep him in clever, sarcastic Tom (cat) mode and let him smirk and all that but he cannot be gooey with love.

Paro meanwhile has bang on expressions... bewildered, confused, angry, slowing seeing two sides of the same man...She has seen that Jallad has a sad back story, that everyone at home is mean, that he takes his Jawans and their welfare seriously, that he does not care about his family...

I think it is Paro who will fall in love first because she realizes that he is an upright, responsible, brave, patriotic man... and he will follow her lead when he see similar qualities in her...

Dear from day 1 he has been having this soft spot for Paro.. It was from the day of her baraat, that his soft spot has been clouded by mistrust and she-is-a-part-of-smuggling thought.. Respectfully disagree. In fact, I think Ashish's expressions are bang on in the scenes, especially today. Their expressions made the scene perfect. He does care for her, he doesn't want to admit it though. There isn't any love involved yet, nor do his expressions show that.
