Jalal was overwhelmed when he saw his Begum in full action and would have continued to watch her for ever, had he not been noticed by Moti. He didn't want to be an hindrance in Jodha's work on her first day itself and mark it as a failure. So he slipped silently before someone else noticed him. Alas, the fate thought otherwise as Maham had chosen the very moment to watch Jodha's first day in action and greet him with sarcastic smile and rubbed his mind with the unwanted words. Had he been theold Jalal, he would have flared up with those words and reprimanded Jodha for ignoring him) But to Maham's bad luck he is a changed person now and who is all praise for his new wife and her attentiveness towards her new work. He went a step ahead and praised for not stopping to celebrate her selction as teh head instead has thought work as worship and being all ears to the complaints of the harremites. He also accepts that he is changed with flow of nature which left a bitter taste in Maham's mouth.
Later we saw hoshiyar going running to Ruquiya to advise her to utilize the chance which was slipped by Jodha and ruqu all eager to score the browny points, rushed to Jalal who was reliving / relishing the days happenings. the moment he heard her footsteps, he surprised her by welcoming her as if he was eagerly expecting her all the time. But alas, he taunt her that she purposely gave up her post to Jodha, so that Jodha is completely tied up and she will have all time in the world. But Ruqu tried her sweet talk and bargained his time for a Chess competition & a hunting trip with her. But never she realized, he didn't face her all the time and she didn't even realized that he didn't embraced her which was his routine all these years.

Jodha was stressed for not noticing Jalal during his visit and went straight to him unannounced (though she grumbled on him for coming unannounced) where he was aggressively practicing sword fight, may be to behead Sujamal. he saw the glow on face still and how she was glowing while working intently and commented that she looked beautiful.😊😊😊 How intently he would have looked at her to notice the glow on her face which enhanced her beauty😉 and in that flow of admiration,😳😳😳 disclosed hid new found heart doesn't permit him to disturb her during her work. Way to go Jalal and Jodha is too sharp to catch your every word unlike your other Begums. So watch your words before uttering.😆
Later we saw how Jodha took the lady soldier for a task for back answering her and even had a tug with Maham on Slavery.👏👏👏
