As the sun rays lit up her angelic face, she blinked her eyes open slowly. She turned around and looked at the person who had changed her life. Giving a small kiss on his cheek, she got up and picked the photo-frame. She looked at the picture and had a walk down the memory lane to see how this one person entered her life and slowly became her life.

She was no expert in reading faces but even with the hangover she
could make out the pain in the stranger's eyes. She could make out that though he had everything to make anyone happy from good looks to riches, still he was not happy. Just like she felt her life was devoid of happiness, similarly his life was devoid of colours - colours of joy. At that very instant she knew that both of them wanted a companion, someone they could share their feelings with, someone to care for them... someone to make them complete.

She saw him coming towards her. He held out the glass of lemon juice to her. She took it gladly.

She noticed his lips curve into a smile. A small part of her was upset that she was still alive but her heart-beat kept on telling her that this was going to be the beginning of a better life. She looked at those pair of brown eyes and smiled back in response.

She noticed that her smile had lessen some of the pain and agony in those eyes. She forwarded her hand for friendship. She saw a ray of hope and happiness in his face. He clasped her hands and the smile deepened expressing his inner joy.

Slowly she adjusted herself to her new house. She was on rehabilitation to get rid of her drinking habit, thanks to him who had talked her into this. To keep herself busy, she took out recipes of new new dishes and used to cook for him. She had seen how his eyes had shone brightly when she had cooked for the first time. It felt like a fairy tale where she was the princess and he the prince who had come to save her and carry her off on his white horse to live "HAPPILY EVER AFTER". She had noticed that her presence made him happy. She could now see colours of love, happiness, joy, friendship colour up his black and white life of sadness and loneliness.

She had him and he had her. They never knew when they became each other's world, their life. None of them noticed the time passing by. As days turned into weeks and weeks into months, they started becoming more and more comfortable with each other. Her entire world now revolved around him and his happiness. Her day started from waking him up, making him breakfast and ended with having a night walk with him before wishing him good night. Her addiction was now no more with drinks. She was addicted to him... was in love with him. Though she got the same vibes from him but still she waited for him to confirm whether he also felt the same for her or not.

"HAPPY ANNIVERSARY Mrs. TAANI SINGHANIA..." he whispered in her ears. She looked at him and smiled. "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO YOU TOO Mr. REYAANSH SINGHANIA... MY SWEET HUBBY..." she said and placed a kiss on his lips.
Their kiss was broken by the sweet cooing voice saying " MUMMA... DAADA..." coming from the baby cot near their bed. Both of them stood by the baby cot and said together to their sign of love... "GOOD MORNING ANGEL..."
