hhmm..erm..mmm..blah..boo..7th march

Sorry for not writing yesterday. I was busy and then when I got time I was too tired to write. So today I decided to start with yesterday's episode...mainly because there were some parts which might have connections with the past and have relevance for the future...Hope that I do not bore much with my assay.

Shloke's relationship with Swati and link to Astha- In the morning Shloke found the soot covered black palm prints on his door which was most probably left behind by the late night wandering spectre. He immediately thinks that Astha left it at night and told her to clean it. Isn't this what is happening now? Astha having to remove the black mark on Shloke's psyche left behind by Swati? This scene also made me wonder that other than the psychological wound, did something else happen? That door is painted white ... Now did Swati say something that has brought him down in other's eye? Then there is also the image conscious Neeranjan who uses the importance of his clean image to manipulate people to get things that he wants. So did something else happen? I don't know why but this scene reminded me of the scene where Neeranjan and Shloke had a heart to heart talk just after Shloke got married to Astha and Shloke told Neeranjan that he knows that Astha should not leave Agnihotri mansion. Also Neeranjan was interested in Shloke getting married to Astha right from the beginning.

Then the sindoor scene. ...unknown to Shloke he was carrying the sindoor in his pocket which by mistake gets thrown on the floor and Shloke's expression is not of anger but shock. The container rolls and lands at Aditi's feet who asks him whether he carries sindoor with him in his pocket. Shloke tells her that he does not know how it entered his pocket. Chipkali starts laughing at him and reminds him that he is a married man now and he should not think about teaching the importance of sindoor to other girls. Shloke marches off to his room and blasts Astha for playing childish games with him and for keeping the sindoor in his pocket. Astha refutes his claims and in this altercation Shloke touches Astha's head and some of the sindoor gets transferred to her forehead. While looking at the mirror, Astha realises that the sindoor is on her forehead and then Shloke drags her away for the party. While being dragged away, Astha sees sindoor scattered on the floor and she looking back at the scattered sindoor while Shloke is dragging her way. Now this night time visitor wanders around in bridal clothes...broken glass bangles and broken mangalsutra were sent to Astha's house so that Shloke and Astha's marriage does not take place...then the sindoor being scattered on the floor... Was Shloke going to get married to Swati? Since the box containing the sindoor was in Shloke's pocket and he was not aware of it and he did not deliberately throw the box on the floor...is it not possible that he is not involved if the marriage plans broke up? I mean Swati might have thought that Shloke is involved but actually he was not involved or even if he was then he did not know what his actions will result in (there was a flashback scene shown before where Swathi was accusing Shloke for being selfish while Shloke was desperately trying to refute her claims). Then Chipkali's sarcastic jab that he cannot teach the importance of sindoor to another girl since he is married now, Shloke walking off in anger and then blaming Astha for keeping the sindoor in his pocket who in turn refutes his charges... Isn't this what happened before? Isn't he blaming Astha for what Swati's incidence has done to him? The way Shloke knocked on Astha's head and the way the sindoor got transferred to her head made me remember the way he got married to Astha. Although Shloke was interested in Astha but it was his anger that ruled his decision regarding the way he got married to him. Shloke does have feeling for Astha, otherwise he won't be jumping to blame her all the time. He does this to another person...his mother. It is only the people to whom he is really emotionally connected to that he behave in this manner and this is a self-protective instinct adopted by him. Then Astha's stunned look at her image with sindoor on her forehead reminded me of her reaction to her marriage after she realised what has exactly happened with her. Also image on the mirror was shown...Astha thinks that the marriage was done on the basis of anger(revenge) but that is just an image that has been shown to her, the truth is hidden and this reminds me off Astha wanting to know why Shloke does not want to divorce her. At the end when Shloke dragged Astha away, she first did not realise sindoor on the floor but then turned her head back and was left staring at it. Is this what she is facing now, the effect of Shloke marriage plans to Swati which are scattered on the floor? Shloke is not interested in looking at the past and he is dragging Astha away but Astha's attention has been caught by it.

Shloke and Neeranjan- Neeranjan saw Shloke leaving alone and he asked him to take Astha with him. Shloke refused saying that he can manage meeting the potential clients on his own and Neeranjan told him that he knows that he can but the clients will be reassured if both the partners attend the dinner. Neeranjan's manipulation music was being played in the background which indicated that Neeranjan's reasons were just bunch of lies and his main aim is manipulation...for both Shloke and Astha...for Shloke to believe that Astha is needed for the image of the company and for Astha to believe that her presence is of importance. I am wondering whether he was expecting Shloke to tell Astha that he has changed his mind because baba told him to take her along with him. But the interesting part of the scene was how it was captured on camera...it was very shaky and maybe it was taken with the help of mirror. Then both Shloke and Neeranjan got split in two...so is this manipulative relationship on shaky ground now or will be in future (because of Astha)? Also will the hidden Shloke and hidden Neeranjan get separated from how they are projected to others?

Shloke and Astha- Astha wakes up to realise that Shloke has covered her with the blanket. Her expression gets soft and then she gets a blasting from Shloke for making his door dirty. She is left confused and a bit hurt. Then later on she chances upon the sight of Shloke tying the cloth around Aditi's face and Chipkali helping him to do it. She watched them with a crestfallen expression. What she did not see was Shloke not wanting to help Aditi and only doing it because no one was around. Shloke saw her watching, looked at her pointedly with a stern face and then walked off. Most probably Astha thought that Shloke is treating her just like some other girl...he covered her with a blanket and now he is helping Chipkali. But no one told him to cover her with a blanket while Chipkali had to do a bit of drama to make him do what she wanted. Later on Astha gets a call from the potential client who asks her whether she is going to attend the dinner party. Astha confirms that she will be coming with Shloke. Later on when she was dressing up...Shloke liked her efforts and complimented her...well not directly but in typical baby bear way so that Astha does not realise that he is becoming soft😳. He also indirectly told her that he is happy that she is making an effort to look beautiful for his sake😆. Now Astha did not get the message and told him that she is not doing this for him but because they are going to the party. Again baby bear's humungous ego got hurt and he reacted😳. He told her that she is not coming and walked off. Seriously these two need their head knocked against each other😳. Then he got told by his father that Astha has to go, so he came back to take her but interestingly did not tell her that he is taking her on baba's orders😳. Earlier he used to use baba's name as an excuse but now it seems that he isn't😛. Astha's necklace gets entangled and he jumps up to help her. Astha is feeling uncomfortable when he started biting the necklace to clear the mess while baby bear is behaving as if this is something he does regularly but then almost runs from the room😳. In the corridor he blamed Astha for the delay when it was him and his tantrum that caused this delay. Seriously baby bear you need a whack on your head😳...but a gentle whack. I do like his head😳😉...

Jyoti- Abhay gets to know that Jyoti is pregnant and he also might have realised why Jyoti hid the truth. He looked angry but then went for the softer approach. The aunt was going to get angry but Abhay ignored her and changed the topic of discussion from Jyoti taking pills to the fact that a baby boy is going to be born. The scene ends with the camera focussed on the grills of the window...the cage surrounding Jyoti gets stronger.

I am going to start todays write up with the last scene of yesterday's show. Its morning and Astha gets up. While tidying her sleeping area her eyes fall of the smileys that were given to her by Sojal as a spiteful reminder of the fact that she was only there for 6 months, off which 5 have already passed. Astha is looking broken and she mutters to herself that only one month left. Shloke overhears, for a minute he looked troubled but then his expression changed. While entering Astha's part of the room his eyes fall on the smileys and gets irritated. He asked Astha to remove it only to be told that this is their destiny and that one cannot change what is going to happen. The truth is that only one month is left. Baby bear gets furious and he glares at the smileys ...ouch Suryadevta...Baby bear Suryadevta did not do this you are doing this to yourself...Anyway now baby bear old problem with destiny ruling and controlling his life comes back and he throws the smileys on the floor...well he also growls in anger and then pointedly looks at Astha. I felt that he was telling Astha that what can destiny do if I throw it on the floor?🤔 Anyway baby bear tells his honeypot that our fate is in our hands and not on the walls...Yes baby bear one does make one's destiny but it is one's actions that leads to destiny.😳 So how do you know that everything that happened to you was not a part of your destiny?😳 Also if you keep on taking topsy turvey path, you might reach your destiny but the journey might be a long and painful one. But if you take the correct path then the journey might be considerably easier. Now baby bear may think that since Astha loves him, she will never leave him and will always put his emotions before hers, but what is the guarantee that Astha might not take a step back? I mean she might leave or she might even stay but retract emotionally from baby bear. Baba Neeranjan might like that, since it will place Astha under Anjali's control, but will Shloke like that?🤔 Anyway Astha shows her hurt towards Shloke by saying that he must be very happy because soon he will have his room to himself and will not have to deal with her.Shloke's expression to her declaration was "what the heck is she talking about"😛😉. Chipkali marches into their conversation and tells them that she has brought special tea for them which has Tulsi (holy basil) in it and it has been made in the special Aditi style. Leaving aside the fact that no one enters the bedroom of a married couple without knocking on the room, Tulsi is supposed to cure many illness...whom or what is she trying to cure, that to in a psecial Chipkali ishtyle?😳 Their relationship? To cure Shloke of his mistaken belief that he can go further in life and to show him that he will always be in the dark? Or to cure Shloke and to make him put his past behind? Or to cure Astha of her belief that she can help Shloke get over his past? Or to show her that Shloke is a lost cause and she is of no importance to him? Chipkali then tells Shloke not to bother Astha otherwise she will leave him. Interesting...I will come to this point later. Shloke retaliates by hugging Astha and tells Chipkali that honeypot is not going to go anywhere...and honeypot's body language shows that she is uncomfortable and has withdrawn into herself.

She was also looking confused. Shloke walks off and Astha is left clutching her pillow and the covering. Chipkali also leaves and the camera first focusses on Shloke picture on the wall (I think it is the wedding one) and then the camera slowly focusses on Astha confused look and Shloke's photu becomes hazy. Now I have a question...along wth Shloke's photu on the wall, there was also another rphotu of Shloke and Varad. Now exactly the same two photu's were also shown hanging on the wall in the corridor just outside Chipkali's room? Do the Agnihotri's make multiple copies of the same photu and then hang then in different parts of the house? Anyway this scene reminded of the scene when they showed Chipkali's image on the glass clovering baby bear's photu. Now since her image was shown then that might mean this is not the reality. While in today;s scene Astha was not shown as an image (this is the reality)...but then baby bear's photu become hazy...will she leave or will she stay but emotionally retract?

In the sitting room Sojal approaches Anjali with a list of things that needs to be bought. Anjali refutes her wish by saying that a woman does not need all these things ...she only needs a husband's love and food twice a day😲. Sojal's husband is with her and instead of getting food twice daily, she is getting it four times a day😲😲😲😲. So Anjali did not mention that Sojal has Varad's love?🤔 Now if she knows that Sojal does not have Varad's love and she also does not get appreciation from anyone else, instead always gets picked upon and is always belittled, does she not know what and how insecure Sojal will react?😳 Madam Chipkali wanders in with a purpose...she is also talking to some friend on the phone and telling her that she will get her things. Chipkali tells Anjali that she wants her help...she has to buy gifts for her friend. She can buy everything but she also needs to buy a paithani sari (yikes again paithani sari😲). She also has to buy some stuff for her father and that since childhood her father has looked after the outside world and she has looked after the inner world (household chores). Now hang on a minute missy chipkali 😳, if you went to boarding school since you were a kid, then how did you look after the house related stuff since childhood? 😳Can you get your story straight?😳 Along with other plans, it again looks as if missy wants to be acknowledged for being Miss Goody Two Shoes.🤔 Anyway Missy tells her main problem that she cannot go shopping alone...why will the shopkeeper kidnap here?😆 Again her story is meandering...what did she do when she lived in Pune for her education?😳 Sojal is looking very eager to help in this delicate operation but Anjali calls out for Astha who tells her that she cannot come now because she is busy with office work but she can, if Chipkali can wait till evening. Sojal this time directly offers her help but Anjali tells her off by saying that then who is going to do house work? Anjali tells Chipkali that she will tell the driver to take her to their family's special shop. Interesting that Chipkali is involving Anjali and the Agnihtori house in this paithani sari expedition. Shloke gave a paithani sari to Astha when he was playing his games with her...Anjali gave Chipkali a paithani sari ...now Chipkali wants to buy one for her friend but through the Agnihotri's. Also Shloke blames Anjali for whatever has happened in the past...has this image also been presented to Swati? Anyway when Anjali and Sojal are left alone, Anjali gives a pointed look towards Sojal and tells her to do her work and that is what Sojal does😳. In Sojal and Varad's room, Varad is hugging Kavya and praising her for being chosen for a competition. Sojal comes and spits venom...she sweetly tells Kavya that she should forget about her wish because they have to obtain permission from Granny who will not give it and her father does not have the courage to ask granny. Poor Kavya who has been caught up in the warfare between her parents is dejected. Varad sends her outside to play and tells off Sojal for talking like this in front of kids. He tells her that Sojal is Kavya's mother and she should take care of Kavya's wishes and needs ...and pray what should the father do? 😳Smoke pot? 😳I mean is it always mother's responsibility?😳 Anjali is Sojal's MIL, not her mother...but Anjali is Varad's mother so shouldn't Varad be doing all that? Also Sojal used to take care of Kavya's need. She has been shown to give Kavya what she wanted even knowing that Anjali will scold her. She bought a toy car for Kavya. Then Varad tells her to learn from Astha and see how she gets things from Anjali...ahhh...so he wants Sojal to get things from Anjali...where has Varad's spinal cord gone? So Astha is ideal because she can bring in change and directly work for the change and also face all the difficulties and Astha is also ideal because she knows how to control Anjali. Brilliant! Sojal is left fuming that after Astha arrived everybody has been comparing her to Astha and she will get things from Anjali. So belittle Sojal so that she belittles Varad, who is turn will cry foul and walk away. Basically Sojal and Varad will not have a happy and successful married life...why? Divide and rule...one of the main principles of Neeranjan. It is not that Sojal and Varad are not responsible for what is happening...they are but their emotions are also being played with. Varad might be aware of this and hence his aloofness...but he still won't do anything about it. Varad is himself repeating what is being done to him...he is making insecure Sojal to plot and plan against Astha.

Back in Agnihotri mansion, on being told by Astha that the file cannot be found, Anjali starts panicking and tells Astha whatever happens she has to find it. She also send off Sojal to look for the file. Throughout the entire sequence, a music signifying danger was being played. In Shloke's room he gets to know that the file cannot be found. He shouts at Astha for her irresponsible behaviour and thunders at her that the file should be found before Baba leaves the house...and then stomps off😳. The Agnihotri kids...I mean the male ones😳 ...Varad does not help Sojal and wants her to pataofy his parents😳, while here Shloke does not help Astha, but wants her to see to it that baba's wishes gets fulfilled😳. Yes, Astha was careless but if the file is so important then why can't he help Astha in searching for it. Is protecting baba's wishes and image Astha's responsibility?😳 Has Astha signed some exclusive contract regarding this? 😳

Back in the sitting room Anjali apprehensively approaches Neeranjan who asks for the file. Trembling with fear Anjali tells Neeranjan that the file cannot be found and that everyone is looking for it. Neeranjan blasts her off saying that the file is needed for the meeting and she knows that the consequence of it being lost will not be a good one...and that they will lose the project if the file is cannot be found before the meeting🤔. Neeranjan's manipulative music is being played in the background...so Anjali is not aware what else the file is supposed to do? Also what or who is the project...Is it project Astha that is going to be lost if the file is not found? Also what is this meeting? The one in the office or the one supposed to take place between Swati and baby bear? In another part of the house Sojal is scolding Astha for landing everyone in a soup for her careless behaviour. Kavya, who has found the file calls out for Astha and gives her the file which she has found. Astha refers to Kavya as her angel who always helps her when she is in trouble (well isn't Astha Shloke's angel who is meant to bring him back from disaster when he goes in that direction?😉😛). Sojal who wants to prove a point takes the file from Kavya. Now if Astha had got the file first then she might have opened it to check and might have seen the card. But since Sojal took it, that did not happen. But the file was found by Kavya and she brought it for Astha. So Kavya will be Astha's angel but the road can be a difficult one, since Sojal took it away. The file might initially serve its purpose but later on truth will come out in front of Shloke.

Back in the sitting room, Neeranjan is walking with the rattling sound of the snake being played in the background. The way he was thrown venomous looks at Anjali made it look as if a very dangerous cobra is surrounding Anjali to strike her. Neeranjan tells Shloke to cancel the meeting and then adds on that he does not want to be ashamed for Anjali's benefit. Sojal comes in running carrying the file and Shloke takes it from her. He opens it to see the card and Neeranjan gives a pointed look at Anjali...is he telling her that Sojal did what she could not do. Shloke is shocked reading the card and he excuses himself and goes to his room. Neeranjan looks at him pointedly but does not ask him what the matter is😳. He also thanks bappa😳. Astha realises that something is wrong and follows Shloke while Anjali is left behind with a worried look. In his room Shloke with a distressed look starts reading the card...it talks about meeting at the same place where he met Swati for the first time and the card also talks about their undying love for each other. Shloke starts getting angry and by the time he finished reading the card he was furious and ready to erupt ...and honeypot walks in to face the volcano. Shloke puts the blame for this card on her and also blames her for the broken bangles and the sindoor. Interesting, so he blames her for the symbols of marriage and his emotions ...incidentally all three are broken. He does not blame her for the other stuff. He also tells her that her search in his past is now suffocating him and gives her the last warning before walking off. Since he only emphasised on stuff regarding marriage... did something happen around his potential wedding to Swati, the wounds of which he is still carrying?🤔 But why the suffocation? That the girl whom he chose will leave him if she comes to know the past? That his judgement was again wrong? That it has again been shown that he cannot trust himself for making the correct judgement call? In his anger he also did not pay attention to the handwriting...how can two people have the same handwriting? Astha is completely devastated but it seems that Shloke's behaviour has removed some of the cobwebs from her brain. She correctly deduces that there must be some reason for Shloke's anger because he gets angry when there is a reason to be angry. True...now the reasons might not make sense for other but to Shloke it does matter and hence there is a reason😉😛. Astha manages to read what was written in the card and then in true Astha manner opens the diary, with the doors wide open and the tune being played...and she reads where Shloke and Astha met each other.

Outside Shloke bumps into Chipkali, actually she appears in front of him and wants to give him a gift because she has only come her for him (really😲..that's so surprising😲...who would have guessed😲...duh😳...), and that she is only doing this so that her childhood friend Shloke who has got lost is found ...is Shloke some lost property for her to find?😳 By the way how did she know that he got lost?😳 Anyway she gifts him a light colour shirt and also measures it too see that it is a perfect fit. So she is going to bring light into his world? Shloke is not happy and tells her that there is no reason for her to gift him and chipkali tells him that is for her to decide. Shloke tells her to keep it in his room and then gets furious when she holds his hand. They realise that Astha is standing and watching them. Shloke is angry at Chipkali for invading into his space but is not shouting at her...because he is not emotionally involved with her. Also Shloke who had heard the music in the diary before...I mean when Astha was reading it in the room...this time he does not hear it. His anger has made him deaf and blind.

Now coming to what I had written before...Chipkali telling Shloke not to bother Astha or else she will leave. That reminded me of Astha telling Shloke that he mistook Aditi for her because he wanted to shout at her. They showed Shloke thinking and then they showed Shloke watching Astha walking behind Aditi...His think music was being played. So will Aditi bring in some sort of separation between Astha and him, and will the realisation hit him that even if two people seem similar, they actually might be quite different.
