i feel these lines are future emotions of arnav he is totally broken from inside neither he is feeling he is in love or anything of that sort he is just feeling himself responsible and would be taking everything as his responsibility the arnav which came out when he cared for khushi or loved her is now gone and died and it would be very difficult to come out of it these lines were very beautifully depicted loved it to the core a very beautiful and a lovely update ...
