On his way back home, Danny is feeling bad for not being able to meet his bhaiyaa's expectations and keeps thinking about Ghumaan's words. He drives in anger. On the other hand, Kusum is getting ready wearing the gown and decorates the room for Danny as per Ghumaan's suggestion. She is eagerly waiting for Danny so that she can surprise him.
Saras reaches home and tells Kumud what happened during the presentation. She seems concerned for Danny but Saras assures her that it's his first business presentation so he must have been nervous. She asks him to talk to Danny and comfort him. He teases her saying, "Itani fikar kabhi apne pati ki bhi kar liya karo! Hamesha devar ki chinta lagi rehti hai!" She says, "Mere pati itane kaabil hai k sab kuch sambhaal sakte hai. Bilkul ek hero ki tarha." Saras replies, "Par yeh hero apni heroin k bina kuch bhi nahi. Tumse milne se pehle sab kar leta par tumse milne k baad tumhaare bina mein khud ko bhi nahi sambhaal sakta. Tumhaare saath hone ki wajah se yeh sab sambhaal pa raha hu. Tum mere Dad ko meri zindagi mein vaapis le aayi, mere mushkil palo mein meri himmat bani rahi.. tum nahi hoti toh aaj mein toot chuka hota!" Kumud has tears in her eyes as she replies, "Mein bhi toh sirf tumahaare dam pe zinda hun. Tum har pal saaye ki tarah mere saath the. Saras k bina Kumud kuch bhi nahi!" Saras holds her face, wipes her tears, and says, "Kumud k bina Saras bhi kuch bhi nahi!" He kisses her forehead and they hug.
In her room, Kusum is wondering why Danny is late. She calls him. She asks him where he is as there's a surprise for him and she's waiting. Danny, who is stressed out about the presentation and his mother's words, feels a bit of relief and tells her that he'll b home in just a few minutes. She smiles and says, "Zyaada intezaar matt karvana!" Danny smiles and says he won't and they hang up. Kusum blushes looking at his picture. Ghumaan sees her and thinks that her smile will not last long and smirks.
Kumud is cooking in the kitchen when Saras comes there and they talk about random things. Ghumaan is sitting in the hall when Danny arrives. She asks Danny how the presentation went and he says, "Fine" and goes upstairs. Kumud and Saras see this and Kumud asks Saras to go talk to him. Ghumaan hears this and smirks. She heads upstairs as well and calls Danny when he's about to enter his room. She takes Danny away from his room and asks him to tell what happened at the presentation. Danny gets annoyed by all the questions as he only wants to go to Kusum as she is waiting for him. But, he can't refuse Ghumaan and starts telling her. On the other hand, Saras heads towards Danny's room thinking he's in there. He knocks on the door and goes inside as he hears something fall. Ghumaan sees this and asks Danny to go to his room and rest. She smirks. Meanwhile, Kumud has prepared Kheer for Danny and decides to take it to him.
Inside the room, Saras looks around and its dark. Before he could say anything, Kusum comes and hugs him from behind. He is shocked. She says, "I love you. You stood by me in my darkest days and kept loving me unconditionally even when I didn't. Today, I promise you that I'm only yours. I love you very much... Danny!" Saras pushes her away and turns around. Kusum looks at him as the lights turn on. Kusum is shocked to see Saras and Saras looks at the door and says, "Danny". Kusum turns around and sees both Kumud and Danny standing right there. She feels sick to her stomach and is dead shocked to realize what just happened. Saras is shocked and speechless. Kumud and Danny are shocked, too and don't know how to react.
Ghumaan comes from behind, sees this awkwardness and smirks.

Saras feels extremely awkward and Kusum is just disgusted by herself. She goes to Danny and is about to say something when Kumud asks, "Yeh tune kya pehn rakha hai?" Kusum realises that she's wearing a gown; in front of Saras. Everyone in the room is extremely uncomfortable when Saras decides to leave. He goes near the door when Ghumaan comes in the way and asks what's going on. Danny is staring at Kusum, still in shock. Kusum gets upset and tears starts rolling down her cheeks. Ghumaan asks Kusum, "What were you doing? What was Saras doing in your room? What's going on?" Danny just keeps looking at Kusum and she looks at him and says, "Danny, mein toh tumhaara intezaar kar rahi thi. Jab darwaaza khula toh mujhe laga tum ho. Issiliye mein..." and she chokes as she can't believe what just happened. Ghumaan starts adding fuel to the fire by saying, "Issiliye tum Saras k gale se lag gai? Tum andhere mein apne pati ko nahi pehchaan sakti Kusum? Ya fir tumhaare puraane ehsaas vaapis aa gaye toh tumne jaan buch k usse nahi pehchaana?" Saras and Kumud are disgusted hearing this and Saras shouts, "Bas!" He goes to Danny and says, "Danny, mein yaha tumse baat karne aaya tha." Ghumaan interrupts and says, "Par Danny toh kamre mein tha hi nahi." Saras gives her an angry look and says, "Danny maine kamre me kuch girne ki awaaz suni toh issiliye mein andar chala aaya." Danny is numb by this whole situation when Ghumaan furthers her taunts and says, "Kise bachane ki koshish kar rahe ho Saras? Kusum ko ya khud ko? Tumhe Kusum ki itani fikar kyun hai?" Saras is disgusted by this accusation and so is Kumud. Kumud is about to say something but Ghumaan continues, "Waise inn sab mein Kusum ki koi galti nahi hai. Waise bhi tum uska pehla pyaar ho, hamesha uske aas-paas hote ho, zaahir si baat hai bechaari fisal gai hogi." Kumud and Saras are now really furious and Kusum just cries. Ghumaan says, "Kusum, apne dil pe kaabu nahi rakhogi toh apne pati ko kaise sambhaalogi?" Saras is about to shout but instead Danny yells, "Bas mom! Aap aur kuch nahi kahegi!" Ghumaan says, "Tumhaari patni.." Danny says, "Ha, meri patni! Shaadi se leke aaj tak mere saath hai woh. Kuch bhi aisa nahi hai uske baare mein jo main nahi jaanta. Uska gussa, uski nafrat, uski naarazgi, uska pachtaava, uska pyaar.. maine sab dekha hai. Usne galtiya ki hai, par unn galtiyo sudhaara bhi hai. Aur uska apmaan mein hargiz bardaasht nahi karunga. Main aapki har baat maan ne k liye taiyaar hu par yeh baat maan ne ko taiyaar nahi k uske charitra pe daag hai." Ghumaan is shocked to see this reaction. Saras is proud of him as he stood up for Kusum. Danny continues, "Aur rahi baat bhaiyaa ki toh, woh mere liye mera sab kuch hai. Mujhe koi problem nahi hai unke saaye mein unki parchaayi bankar rehne mein. Unhone mere liye jo bhi decide kiya hai mein woh hi karunga." Saras is surprised to hear this but Kumud begins to understand what Ghumaan's trying to do. Ghumaan is shocked as her plan failed miserably and she leaves.
Kusum looks at Danny and says, "Danny, I'm so sorry! Mujhe sach mein nahi pata tha. Mein tumhaara intezaar kar rahi thi taaki jab tum aao toh mein tumse keh saku k mein tumse kitana pyaar karti hu. I really love you Danny!" Danny looks at her and says, "I love you, too!" They hug tight. Kumud and Saras smile looking at them and decide to leave. Danny looks at her and says, "Aaj iss gown mein bohot khubsurat aur sexy lag rahi ho!" She smiles and says, "Aaj tum bhi kaafi hot aur handsome lag rahe ho iss suit mein!" They smile and hug again! :)
