You need not go to London to see the wax statue of Shahrukh Khan. A wax model of the Bollywood star has arrived at Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.
The museum was started to revive tourism in the area after the tsunami. And Shahrukh's wax version is doing the job quite well and has become a crowd puller.
"Of course the inflow has increased. Because they are national and international figures, even north Indians are very much attracted by Shahrukh here," said Balachandran, Administrative Manager.
The new arrivals also include a stunning model of Sadaam Huesien, former president of Iraq.
"It is so scary to stand next to this dictator," said Cicil, tourist.
The museum attracts around 20,000 people every month. With statues of the Big B and Aishwarya likely to join Shahrukh soon, it may soon give a tough fight to the wax museum in London.
